What are people saying about Tuscany

Great experience!
This activity was Very fun and interesting. Fabio was our chef, and he taught us very clear and concise instructions on how to make pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu at home. It is a lot easier than you would expect! Or maybe he just made it all look easy… We are excited to try it out when we get home. we would highly recommend this experience. If you are figuring out where to go on your phone… Scroll down to the part where it says the directions and open up that spot. It says something like please read… Very important. The location changes depending on which class you pick. Thankfully we left in plenty of time so we had time to walk to the correct location. It is not obvious on the cell phone. Thanks Fabio!

Cooking with a fun chef and amazing views
Alessandro hosted such an entertaining cooking class and he was patient with our small group. He offered a lot of information and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Also, the views from the house were hard to beat out of everywhere we went in Tuscany.

Great fun!
We booked this for our free afternoon in Siena and it ended up being the best few hours of our trip. Small group, relaxed pace, and the chef actually taught us instead of rushing through a demo. We made fresh pasta by hand and then tiramisu, and sitting down to eat what you have just made is half the pleasure. Good value, genuinely fun, and we came away able to repeat it at home. Book it if you have an afternoon free.

Elite class
The pasta-making class was elite. Chef Nico was extremely helpful, fun, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made the whole experience relaxed and easy to follow, even if you’ve never made pasta before. We had such a great time learning how to make everything from scratch, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. The class felt hands-on and genuinely fun rather than overly serious or touristy. Plus, getting to eat what we made at the end made it even better. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, authentic experience in Italy.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Ready to roll your own pasta and master nonna’s classic recipes, like pici with local pork ragu and tortelli filled with ricotta and fresh herbs? Tuscany cooking classes are hosted everywhere from major cities like Florence to quaint farmhouses in the countryside, so you can get in the kitchen for a hands-on experience no matter where you’ve planned your trip. While private courses are widely available, group lessons are popular for their free-flowing wine and the convivial meal shared at the end of class.
