What are people saying about Rome

Deliciously fun!
Tucked away in a hidden part of Romes countryside within the city limits is this wee gem of a cooking class:) Alessia has the perfect balance of teacher and entertainer, keeping things light and fun as we learnt about pizza dough and how to make different pasta. Fab experience!

An unforgettable experience
It was a great experience, our host Giorgio is incredible; he has very positive energy and made this moment a friendly and delightful experience! We had a good laugh and above all ate and drank very well; everything is very well thought out. We were also able to connect with another group thanks to the good general atmosphere. Thanks also to Gianlu and Sabina!

A great cooking class experience for the whole family.
Took our cooking class with three adults, two kids and their grandmother. It was so great, and so fun. Everyone enjoyed it. the kids especially loved having the chance to help prep the filling and egg whites for the tiramisu. Eating what we made was possibly the highlight of it all.

Engaging and Fun
This experience was incredibly organized and well thought out to ensure guests were engaged at all times. While Valeria was hard for me to understand at times as she talked very quickly, she was energetic and absolutely adorable. Her enthusiasm was such fun! The chef who explained how to knead the dough and form the pizza was easy to understand and gave great directions. All those who helped were very kind and answered all questions with patience and knowledge. The drinks were flowing and all who worked at Cooking Italy made the experience engaging and such a great time! I highly recommend this cooking experience!

Rome’s culinary culture demands an unrushed pace (Italy is where the Slow Food movement originated, after all). There is no better way to slow down and savor the experience—and appreciate the work that goes into crafting each Roman dish—than by taking a cooking class in Rome. Whether it's in a local restaurant, in the home of a Roman cook, in the bustling centro storico, or in the serene Roman countryside, Rome cooking classes will improve your ability to make hand-stretched pizza, fresh pasta, and everything in between.
