I would give 10/10 for the guide Lisa. She texted me a heads up a day before and kept me updated when she picked me up in the morning. They modified the route of tour and set the best timing to be the lakes. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t perfect but that’s nature. Aylah went above and beyond - the best way to see the lakes

This tour with Banff Everyday was worth twice the money. Aylah gave us such fantastic service. She was very organised and knowledgable. She also had a great sense of humour and hosted an ice breaker game so we got to know the group! The tour was well planned with the best length of stops. We took water and lunch with us. That way you maximise your chance to explore. Aylah gave us iced tea and biscuits, charged phones, provided other requirements too. We took layers of clothing as temperature went from 14-26! You can leave stuff safely on the mini bus. This is I think the only practical way to see Lake Moraine as car park is full by 8 am and the walk up the hill is in my opinion far far too far. At Lake Louise there is no sensible food or drink provision. The tour is six hours in before lunch stop in Banff. We took bananas, biscuits and sandwiches which we bought in Safeways the day before. This trip is a must and the Lakes and mountains are breathtaking. Viator know I tell it how it is! So saying this was my best tour with them since 2019, is a truthful opinion!

We had a wonderful day touring all of the key sites around Banff. The sites were all amazing as the geology really is spectacular. Our tour guide, Micaela, was wonderful - great personality and lots of fun. She immediately fell right into my families rhythm, joking with my wife and daughters. She was very knowledgeable and knew all the key sites. She was also a great photographer. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a more personal tour, and I’d recommend Micaela to anyone who wants to have a fun-filled day.

Absolutely recommend this trip

You don't have to worry about logistics, parking. Just get on the bus and it takes you to all the sights with no hassle, practically door to door service to each sight. Our guide and driver, Dave (Zhikun Zhu) was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He drove very safely throughout the trip, picked us up on time, explained the highlights of each sight. The whole experience was stress free and so enjoyable. I would do it again. I heard so many stories of the hassle of getting a parking spot at Lake Louise and didn't want to go through that. Also if I was driving on my own I wouldn't have gone to all those places in 1 day.

A fantastic tour that...

A fantastic tour that takes you through the wonders of the spectacular Rocky Mountains First stop Emerald Lake, the colours of this natural wonder are amazing, off to Natural Bridge a beautiful stop to explore the wonders of the earths formations. Next stop Lake Louise village, grab a bite to eat and find somewhere outside to eat. Then lake Louise, stunning, however be prepared for the crowds. Stop at the most beautiful Lake Mouraine, make that climb up to the rock pile, the views are breathtaking. Final stop Johnstone Canyon we walked to the first falls and that leaves enough time to get back on the bus. A beautiful little trek and beautiful clear stunning water . Highly recommend!

What a great experience, to see so many places in one day and not have to worry about driving or parking. Our guide was very nice and a great driver. We had plenty of time at each spot. Traveled with a 4 year old and he did great! Couple of things to note: get to your pickup spot early especially if you are driving yourself there as parking fills up fast. We did our pick up at Canmore Visitor Center and since there are a lot of tours happening at the same time it’s kind of a cluster with parking and trying to find the right bus. Also the lunch stop is pretty hectic too so if I were to do this again I would pack my own lunch. Overall a great day, we really lucked out as it was the last nice day of our trip due to the wildfire smoke that came through for the rest of it. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

Perfect & Stress-Free Way to See Moraine Lake + Lake Louise! 🏔️🩵

Such an easy and stress-free way to see both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise! We had about 80 minutes at each stop, which honestly felt like the perfect amount of time to walk around, take photos, enjoy the views, and explore without feeling too rushed. Our guide was super chill, really nice and sweet, and very efficient with timing. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the tour van was also really clean and comfortable. One thing I definitely want to mention: BE ON TIME! The schedule matters, especially when you’re visiting two major spots in one tour. If you’re late, you may get left behind, so don’t expect the entire group to wait. I actually really appreciated that they respected the people who showed up on time and kept the tour moving as scheduled. Overall, this was such a convenient and well-organized way to experience Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without having to stress about transportation or parking. Definitely recommend! 🏔️🩵

Iconic lake tour of Banff

We had an amazing experience with Fairy Bus Tours, and a lot of the credit goes to our guide, Raj S. Raj was on time, very organized, and shared a lot of interesting information throughout the day without making it feel like a lecture. He also knew exactly where to position us to make the most of our time at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Now for the fun part… 😄 Raj kept telling us that he’d been incredibly lucky with wildlife sightings over the past couple of weeks—everything from black bears to Banff’s famous grizzly, “The Boss.” We gave him a hard time and joked that we’d believe it only if he could deliver for our tour too. Well… on our way back from Lake Louise, we came around a bend and there was a beautiful black bear cub right by the roadside! The entire bus erupted with excitement. It couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to an already incredible day. Whether it was luck or Raj’s instincts, we’ll happily give him the credit! 😄 If you’re visiting Banff and trying to decide how to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairy Bus Tours.
