This tour has just enough without feeling too rushed. It was a great insight to Banff. The scenery is beyond beautiful. The service was exceptional. Our driver Arun was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. He made the tour such a memorable day.

Fantastic day trip!

This was an amazing day. The weather was a bit intense since there was heavy snowfall at some of the stops, but Jacky, our guide/driver, kept everyone's spirits up and made sure we remained safe while still having fun. Crampons were provided for the stops that required it, and Jacky even surprised us with snacks near the end if the day. All in all, my friend and I had a wonderful day! Jacky's playlist during the long drives to the various stops was also a hit with us. 😊 I highly recommend this experience.

Edward was amazing! We had to change our itinerary the day before due to road conditions, but the new schedule did not disappoint! He made time to show us fun locations and took great pictures of everyone along the way. Would definitely recommend this tour and Edward!

Great tour and guide was...

Great tour and guide was fun. His name was Sammy and we really had a nice time. Some tours are extremely long and by the end of it you are ready for it to be over, this tour was a nice amount of time without being too long. We did the pick up in Banff, so if you are doing Calgary you need to add on an extra 1.5 hours to each end of the trip time.

Had a great tour in Calgary. I would say the only unfortunate thing was that the +15 skywalk was closed because it was Christmas Day. Really enjoyed the tour because of Joshua. He shared a lot of information about the places we went to. Also since we mostly walked outside, he always tried to look for places we could stop at to warm up (though not a lot due to the holiday). Honestly would go for another tour if he was the guide!

I highly recommend...

I highly recommend visiting the Banff region in winter! Despite the snow and freezing temperatures (factoring in windchill), the trip was a great experience. Lake Louise was particularly beautiful. Our tour group was small, and our guide was very friendly, which made the cold weather much more manageable and the tour fun.

Did the tour with my mom...

Did the tour with my mom and we were the only ones on this tour. So as an introvert, this was a dream come true. Jazz was our guide, he was nice enough to ask us which Lakes we wanted to visit so he could create an itinerary based around what exactly we wanted. We had such a wonderful experience during the 6 hours we spent together. I definitely recommend wearing proper winter boots, because some of the lakes do require you to hike up so winter boots with traction is best or get spikes and mines were worn out so Jazz had to help me down a couple of sloops. I was really looking forward to the Icefields Parkway but because of the weather it was closed, so that was out of Jazz’s control, but we had a good time nonetheless!

The badlands is a great contrast in landscape to the typical rockies tour. Very much worth doing.

The badlands is areally cool place thats worth taking the tour for. The scenery is vastly different from what you see at the rockies as a tourist. The Tyrell museum was interesting. It would be amazing for people that are more into dinosaurs. The hoodoos were the highlight for the tour. We saw some wildilfe on the way and our guid walid was kind enough to stop or turn back for us to take pictures. Walid is general very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I also liked the trip duration. It was not too long or too short. The only negative thing in the trip for me would be the audio tour guide that would play from time to time and break up some of our conversation 🙃

Took me places I have never seen

Ivan did a great job of explaining the areas we were going to. Unfortunately the gift and coffee shops were closed at Morraine for the season and the tea room at Lake Louise was taken out only. It would have been nice to have a little more time at Lake Louise. I had never been to Johnston Canyon (I live in Alberta!) and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. I had also not been to Bow Falls even though I go to BSH all the time. .

Best Guide who can make a fun joke.

A guide was super friendly and she made us comfortable and fun throughout the tour by telling us fun stories with lots of joke like it is her first time to go moraine lake etc. And she was super punctual and kind. I would highly recommend this tour. This tour was the best one as they don't charge for little kids (2 y/o and 3 y/o) Family with kids can save a lot if you choose this one

Absolutely the best experience of my life!! I was a little nervous at first, but I’m SO glad I went through with it. From check-in to returning back to base, the crew made me feel completely at ease. Our guides, Rachel and Tim, kept us laughing the whole way and made the journey unforgettable. I will 100% be booking another tour with this group—and I highly recommend you do the same!
