Beautiful! We actually switched it up last minute to be able to travel on the bullet train and went to Suzhou. It was beautiful, we were able to pick and choose what we wanted to see. Went down to the canals, shopping, lunch and bullet train. Melinda was our guide and she was great!! Helped with translating, bargaining, and getting us around.

Travel to and from Linhei was seamless. Jordan was a very knowledgeable host and told interesting stories about the Southern Great Wall. He and Greta were kind and thoughtful and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip...

We had a wonderful trip to Zhujiajiao water town with our guide Maisie. She was very friendly and considerate and she was full of knowledge about the town. Her English was also excellent making conversation on a variety of topics easy and enjoyable. The trip lasted just under 5 hours (with a 1 hour drive there from our hotel and 1h15m back to Shanghai). Not knowing what we wanted to see at first, we moved fairly quickly through the first part of the town, but after our included garden tour and boat ride, we took our time on the way back to the car, sitting down to try out local snacks and browsing the shops (without any pressure from Maisie). The car provided was ridiculously luxurious with reclining and massaging seats. It had zero smell of smoke (and we have sensitive noses) which was a relief. We booked this trip the day before and were contacted by Sunny on Whatsapp a few hours later who then quickly confirmed that we could start an hour earlier than we initially booked.

Outstanding part of my Shanghai trip. It’s a hike from city center—and traffic can make this a pain, so you might consider a train/metro option—but the town itself was so cool. A smooth experience due to earlier and frequent communication by the tour company!

Excellent communication. Received an invite to start a What’s App chat within a day of booking (even though my reservation was a month out). Two days prior, received my drivers photo and car photo with license plate info. They tracked my flight and kept me updated. Driver also texted me a photo of my hotel with address to confirm the location was accurate (I was staying outside of city center by SJTU). Then after getting my bags, the driver was waiting with my name/sign after customs. Not certain he spoke English, though there wasn’t a need to communicate as I just followed him to the car, which was a short walk to the parking garage. Definitely recommend vs a Didi/taxi.
