Luxury great wall visit!

Michael was our driver for the day in a luxury VOYAH car with heated seats and recliner chairs! Free bottle of water also. He drove us out to the great wall, sorted the tickets out and we paid him on AliPay, he waited for us to return from the top and showed us some gift shops, he even stopped on the way back to the hotel to a traditional Chinese tea tasting session which was really something different we didn't expect to do on the trip. He was very informative and interesting! Would highly recommend him and doing this trip!

We had a wonderful tour...

We had a wonderful tour of the Great Wall, and highly recommend Michael as a tour guide. He picked us up promptly at our hotel in a very spacious and comfortable car for the ride from Beijing to Mutianyu. And then all of the logistics were handled to get up to the wall. Once there, he was able to teach the history while hiking with us during the afternoon. Overall, it was a perfect afternoon, getting us back to our hotel before dinner.

Outstanding tour

We booked the 2 day Beijing tour. Everything was communicated well and organised perfectly. Our guide Susie was AMAZING! She made sure that we got to certain places before the crowds and kept us up to date with information and timings. We had exactly the right amount of time to enjoy each attraction- she is very well organised and a credit to the Company. Lunch was included both days and was delicious. I left my jacket on the bus on the last day and they managed to get it sent back to me that evening. Excellent customer service. Thank you for an outstanding tour!

Amazing 2 day private guide to the sights of Beijing!

Maria our tour guide was amazing, her English was impeccable and she was able to explain all the sights and history to us. Our driver was professional and easily picked us up and dropped us right at the entrances to the sights. All our tickets and lunches were taken care of so it was a stress free and an easy time. The Great Wall and Toboggan ride down was included in the tickets as well and is a definite must. We would definitely recommend this tour and Maria as your guide!

Classic Tour

This is a great trip, particularly if you are short of time . The commutation throughout was amazing, our tour guide Maggie had to cope with short notice of roads being closed in the centre which affected the trip, which she did brilliantly. Hi 👋 our guide, Fang was excellent! He made contact the day before to confirm pick up times, what to expect for weather/temp and what we needed to bring with us. He made such an effort using translation apps on the phone during the trip. He kept us right the whole time for going up to the Wall in the chairlift. He was extremely helpful and also helped us retrieve an item I had lost another day. He suggested a great restaurant for lunch too. Good sense of humour also! 5 🌟

We had a wonderful day. Great tour with a great guide. We learned a lot from May about China, the Great Wall and the Summer Palace. May and her driver gave us ample opportunity to explore the Wall from Gates 14 to 18. The delicious buffet was a very welcome break after visiting the Wall. We were very pleasantly surprised by the visit to the Summer Palace and we very much appreciated May’s telling us the story of Cixi as she accompanied us around the extensive Summer Palace grounds. Our tour with May was an excellent intensive course on Chinese history, culture and language. We thank May and her driver for taking good care of us throughout the day.

Bring your passport!! Security for this tour, specifically Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City were stricter than any airport I’ve ever been through. No tour changes that so be prepared and travel light. Bags are VERY thoroughly searched. Our tour guide, Mary, was knowledgeable and made it possible for us to see so many sights in one day. If you only have two days in Beijing as we did, book this tour!
