Our English speaking guide is Sunny. She is friendly, and very knowledgeable, she is able to answer all the questions we have. She took very good care of us, and let us do the activities at our own pace, no rush. She also recommended a good restaurant, near our hotel, for my wife and I to go to. In fact, she called the restaurant to make a reservation for us. She also gave us very good advice of the best time slot to go visit Tianmen Mountain, to avoid the crowd. We went to the mountain, on our own, per her recommended time slot, and we were glad we took her advice. I highly recommend Sunny to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie who requires her service. I believe it is very difficult to find English speaking tour guide in Zhangjiajie, so if you book a tour package you may want to check with the tour company if they could assign Sunny.

Our guide Dora was brilliant, she kept in touch with us before the trip and made arrangements for local pick up. On the way she gave us a great history lesson in how the Avatar mountains came to be. She was the most perfect guide throughout the day really looking after us. After the trip she helped us find a great place to eat and helped with our plans. Ten out of ten for Dora.

We had three incredible days with Lilian as our guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out was that she stayed helpful even after the tour ended, answering our questions and giving us great tips for the rest of our trip. This was the best tour I've ever been on, and i've been on a fair amount in my lifetime. It not only has to do with the beauty of this part of China, but more to do with my amazing guide, Eva, who taught me a lot about the history and science of the areas we were visiting. Not only is she super intelligent, but she's also a wonderful human being and it was awesome spending three days with her. Also, the manager of this operation, Andy, was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with me throughout my tour and also helped me with some other transportation issues I was having. He also just answered many general questions I had. I highly recommend you to visit this part of China.

She shared fascinating insights about the history, culture, and unique geology of Heaven’s Gate and the stilted architecture of the 72 Buildings, which really brought the sights to life. On top of being an amazing guide, she is also a fantastic photographer! Jenny took a ton of beautiful pictures and videos of us at all the best spots, ensuring we walked away with wonderful memories captured perfectly. She managed the timing flawlessly, ensuring we avoided the worst of the crowds and got to experience the magical night light show at the 72 Wonder Towers without ever feeling rushed.
