As you might imagine, Dachau is an emotional experience. Our guide, Sam did a fantastic job of explaining the site with both facts and emotion. Sam gave people time to process the intensity of the area. His expertise and passion for this subject was very evident. He wants people to remember the Holocaust. I would also like to compliment Sam on guiding a bunch of people through the train station and the bus route with a couple detours due to the S ban construction. He was so calm. Excellent tour

Absolutely worth spending a few extra dollars for the VIP tour. Everything was perfectly smooth. Tour was timed well in order to see as much as possible at each stop. Neuschwanstein Castle is a must see! Smiley, our driver, was awesome - he had a little surprise for us before our return to Munich. Hanae, our tour guide, handled things perfectly. My only suggestion is for Viator. As the tours are done by a tour company (not Viator) it would be extremely helpful to advise what tour company we are looking for at the meeting place.

Highly recommend

I chose the Linderhof and Neuachwanstein tour with entrance fees included. (If you chose to pay entrance fees on board, adults were 37 euros.) Well worth seeing the inside of the castles! Amazing experience, the guided tours were efficient and interesting. Lots of walking, many steps, and some steep downhill walking as well. Pedro was a fantastic and very organized guide!!! I was running a little late (due to me taking the Ubahn in the wrong direction 🤪), but I messaged and they said they could wait five minutes for me. Pedro and the driver were extremely nice. Pedro's map and timetable and advice were great!

This is a very informative tour and I recommend it for a true history buff. Our guide was wonderful! The tour company was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our international flight was cancelled last minute which caused us to miss our tour on our initial tour date. I emailed them as soon as I received the cancelled flight notification. They were so nice to move my tour to the next day and I did not miss this wonderful tour!

Elizabeth is a wonderful tour guide. She explained everything exceptionally well. Due to an unexpected railway accident that caused our return train to be delayed by 4 hours, she handled the situation very professionally by constantly keeping us informed with updates. Great way to learn about the city

This is a very nice boat trip through the city. It was my first time in Berlin and it gave me a great overview of the city. You get to see many of the sites and learn some fun facts. The tour gave me a better idea of what else I wanted to see in the city. The ride is comfortable and there are drinks to purchase on board. At just an hour I feel like it’s a great option to introduce yourself to the city.

We got engaged!

We had an amazing day on this tour. Dimitri suggested an alternative overlook for Neuschwanstein that was beautiful. It was so lovely and private enough my partner decided to propose and we got engaged! We were glad we toured the inside of both castles, they were really amazing. Our driver was also great and got us everywhere safely.

A Tour Worth Your Time

This tour was a great way to see the Neuschwanstein Castle. Fast access to the castle plus our very good guide Leon led with precision and humor. We took the shuttle bus up to the castle and Mary's bridge (it was one hell of a climb) and chose to walk down to meet our group at the end of the tour but didn't realize the trip down took 45 minutes. We descended in record time. The views from the castle were spectacular and the history of the castle was intriguing. All in all, this tour was worth the money, and we had a wonderful time.

Reliving München 35 years later.

This was a great tour. All food choices covered the uniqueness of the München area. This was a busy time as it was Oktoberfest. We did feel a bit rushed and then had a lot of down time at the Marienplatz Glockenspiel. Enjoyed learning about the Glockenspiel and some of the different foods. Even though our tour guide was running late, Viator kept us informed and then ended up sending another guide to us.
