Great tour with Anna!

The tour with Anna was really good! We saw all the highlights of the old town area (except the iron bridge since it was raining), and Anna's knowledge of the history and landmarks was amazing. I loved that we went to the memorial wall with the names of the Jews from Frankfurt who were killed during WWII and that Anna pointed out the metal plates on the ground to commemorate them where they lived. I understand that not all Frankfurt old town tours include the Jewish area, but it was a very important part of the day. The amount of walking was reasonable, and I was able to go to the bridge on my own after the tour ended (with some directions from Anna). I was very happy with this tour and felt I was able to see all the highlights of the old town area.

Nice small fan, great destination but the best was our tour guide. He certainly made the tour unforgettable with his wealth of knowledge that he was sharing during the ride and at the castle. It is great to be with someone who has a passion and loves what he does. I can only go up to 5 stars but would give him a 10. My 88 year old mother really like it too!

Excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the area and it's history of specific points of interest. Made sure to get me to the church/cathedral before it closed. I was the only one on the group tour and he still did the tour instead of cancelling which I would have understood if he did. Well worth it.

Rothenburg is a must see if you’re visiting the Frankfurt area. If you’re lucky enough to have Thomas as your guide then you’re in for a great excursion. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable about Frankfurt, Rothenburg, and Germany overall. He kept us informed along the drive, walked us around town to point out many interesting facts and features, then gave us plenty of time to wonder on our own. He goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and fills you in on local history. He’s very friendly and makes sure everyone is very comfortable despite whatever weather or traffic challenges may arise. HIGHLY recommend booking a trip with Thomas.

Great Tour!!!!

Maike(pronounced Mike)made the tour personal and was able to not only point out great spots but was able to add color to inform us about the deeper meaning and culture. Excellent introduction to Frankfurt

Our guide Kimi was keen to tailor the 2 hour guided walk to our interests. And we appreciated that we got to see a number of the highlights we were interested in as well as those we hadn't known about and would never have stumbled on by ourselves. Great experience, castle, and two wineries!

Carl was awesome and anticipated our every need including some snacks for breakfast. He was amazingly flexible when stated we would like to see a castle on this our trip. He knew of a great one that also had wine. Based on our wine preferences, he was able to suggest some great wines that matched our tastes while also introducing us to some varietals we hadn't experienced before. We were able to meet some of the winery owners. They were very welcoming and proud to share their wines with us. Would definitely book with Carl again in the future.
