Our whale watching tour was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the crew made us feel welcome and excited to be out on the water. Isaiah and Maddy were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about marine life, and Captain JJ did an amazing job making the trip smooth, safe, and enjoyable. The entire experience had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you could tell the crew genuinely loves what they do. Their enthusiasm and expertise made spotting whales even more exciting, and they were always happy to answer questions and share interesting facts. Plus the singing made it even more enjoyable 10/10!!! If you’re visiting Monterey, booking a whale watching tour with this crew will be one of the best things you do. I can’t recommend them enough!

Exceptional Cruise

This Tour of Muir, Woods, Sausalito, and ride around San Francisco was exceptional. Sully, our tour guide, made it extremely enjoyable. I had seen all the reviews previously on him, and was hoping that we would get him as our driver. His knowledge of history, communication style, and overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this Tour as a former travel agent and Air Force officer who lived in many different countries around the world. This was by far one of the best Viator tours that I have taken in years. Simply put, Sully made the difference. Pat and I will remember this Tour for years to come. I would recommend however, that directions to the pick up point be a bit more specific from the company. We were not the only ones to notice that the directions were a bit confusing. In any event, you will love this Tour.

How to Overcome A Mechanical Problem With Finesse

The MS Dixie was having mechanical problems, so we were switched to the Tahoe Paradise with a free buffet given because of not being able to travel on the MS Dixie. Such a nice surprise and a lovely boat ride. It was great to be able to get so close to Vikingholm on this boat and to be able to go around the teahouse island. The 2 hour tour sped by so quickly and the buffet was a definite plus. It alleviated any disappointment we might have had with the MS Dixie not working. Great job!

Amazing!!!

I definitely recommend this kayak tour! It was such an awesome experience and was the highlight of our trip to Tahoe. Each person we encountered was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked into the shop and to our return. Our tour guide, Will, was fantastic!! He was super friendly and had fun facts about the lake and the Tahoe area. I was a beginner, and his instructions were clear, so I knew what to do. He stayed near us the whole time which made us feel safe and comfortable. As we traveled, he gave us a lot of fun facts about the history of the lake. We took a short break at a small beach space by the rocks so we could look around and enjoy the l beauty of the lake even more. The area was absolutely gorgeous!! It's the most amazing water in the lake by far! The water was so clear and the colors looked just like the ocean! I can't wait to go bank to Sand Harbor!

Awesome experience! Fun for kids and adults! Stunning visuals and lots to experience. The VR cost $5 extra for 10 min on the standard ticket. Would recommend. Parking was easy. Onsite for $8 or a block away for $5. The last ballon room had the best AC! Which was perfect before going back out into the LA heat.

I loved Alcatraz tour. The audio tour was so informational. The park personnel was very nice and helpful. One of the part person who,, a gentleman towards the end of the tour was very friendly asking me where we were from and was able to tell me things about my town for memory even a movie about the town and acted out of skid in the movie. I loved it. The gift shop had great memorabilia and Adams to purchase. I definitely would go again.

Experience of a lifetime

This was an experience of a lifetime. Nacho was an amazing pilot. He taught us so much about the different types of crops in Napa Valley and he taught us about the ballon itself. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the Valley and a very experienced pilot. I would definitely recommend this ballon ride to anyone.

Highly recommend!

We went at 3:30 and were able to see quite a few humpback whales. Bring warm clothes. The naturalist and crew on the boat are knowledgeable and kind. We paid extra to go to the upper level and it was worth it. The lower level was really crowded and it was hard for my kid to see down there because of all of the adults hogging the view. The staff was extremely helpful despite being so busy. They actually pick up the phone if you call. And if you leave a message, they actually call you back.

The Hedwigs Go Kayaking.

My experience was very lovely. I got extremely tired towards the end, but it was very worth it. They were very informative about everything that they were showing us while out on the water. They were very patient with all the participants and they adjusted based on skill level. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will be recommending this to all of my friends and family that could do this. And I will probably be doing this again in the Future.

Very fun experience to get to see all the fish that inhabit the island’s waters if you don’t know how to swim or don’t want to get into the cold waters surrounding Catalina Island. You have the option to purchase fish food which will allow a bunch of fish to swarm by your particular window. The guide will explain the various fish you can see in the waters and some fun facts so there’s some educational value as well to the experience. A little note is that you enter and exit the semi-sub via a set of steep stairs so elderly and kids may need someone physically strong to ensure their safety.
