Island Excursions
Was an excellent day out , around 4 1/2 hours. Perfect for those that want a bit of time to explore themselves. If you want to look around Murano don't spend too much time in the glass factory , even though really interesting you do have a time limit to get back to the boat.

Great tour.
Eleana was amazing. She was very informative and funny. She stayed right with us and explained everything. Glass blowing in Murano was cool and Burano was beautiful. The only down side was boat was so hot.

Murano & Burano Tour
Great experience. Murano’s glass blowing experience was very informative and interesting, even for kids. Burano was very scenic and pretty with all its colorful houses. If you like lace and embroidery or want to take home a unique piece, make sure you shop around! One thing to keep in mind is that the boat you travel on is not a vaporetto or speed boat, it’s much slower so you do spend quite a bit of time on the water.

Book this small group tour!
Excellent tour of the Murano glass factory and Burano...lace, lunch and a spritz (or two). Our tour guide Elly is absolutely awesome...personable, knowledgeable...a true Venetian treasure!

Murano
  • Murano glassblowing and Burano lace-making demonstrations make for great photos.

  • Both Murano glass and Burano lace are famous for their impeccable craftsmanship—and prices reflect that. Be wary of “bargain” prices, which often mean counterfeit goods.

  • Visitors often find that Murano’s glass shops employ hard-sell techniques, which can be uncomfortable. To avoid being strong-armed, always book your Venice islands tour through a reputable company.
