I've been riding the local trails out here for years and have a great understanding of riders' abilities. I'll set up a route and tour you around some of the best trails in the PNW. We will start out with a warm up trail and work our way up to something that sounds the most fun and exciting.

The chance to ride with one of the most experienced gravel cyclist in the LA area, I know these trails like the back of my hand. This tour starts out with a classic climb "Sullivan Ridge" and connects to the ridgeline of dirt Mulholland. The first climb is challenging but the reward at the top is great. From Dirt Mulholland we will travers over to "The Hub" another classic LA gravel location before making our way over to the Pacific Palisades for the best views of the ride before a fast and fun descent taking us off of the dirt and back onto pavement. The ride finishes with a nice flat cruise along the beach before heading back up San Vicente to the meeting point to head home or grab a bite to eat. I am happy to accommodate any skill level or length preference. I am also a professional photographer and will provide images from the ride.

Our mountain bike trails are some of the best in Southern California! RPF will guide you around Big Laguna Meadow located in San Diego’s Big Sky Country. We will take in the beautiful views and fresh mountain air of Big Laguna Lake surrounded by Jeffrey Pines and Granite Boulders. For those with MTB experience looking for more adventure, these trails will not disappoint! Los Gatos has loads of man-made features, bermed turns, jumps, and drops to keep the adrenaline pumping!! RPF is the only certified and permitted mountain bike guide/instructor offering guided bike excursions in the San Diego backcountry. We have been helping clients explore these amazing trails and beautiful mountain views for over 5 years. We offer a safe and fun experience to all of our clients by helping them feel comfortable on the bike at their riding level and by knowing the area better than anyone with over 30 years of local trail knowledge. The headlands are across the Golden Gate Bridge and are the birthplace of mountain biking. Whether you are an experienced gravel cyclist or don't own a gravel bike, but are gravel curious, you will have a great time as I will craft a route for you based on your skill level and fitness. The private tour will feature amazing vistas of the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco skyline. The ride can include challenging climbs, single-track, exhilarating downhills, wildlife sightings, a lunch refueling stop, and celebratory drinks at The Pelican Inn. Cycling enthusiasts ride from San Francisco via scenic roads and trails to Muir Woods National Monument without an advance park reservation. Depending on the route we choose, the tour will last between 4 to 6 hours. You'll be able to explore Muir Woods and optionally lunch at the quaint Pelican Inn in Muir Beach or other stops. Our tour will start from Crissy Field, cross the Golden Gate Bridge and then climb to Muir Woods National Monument via gravel trails (optional) and roads. At Muir Woods you will have an hour to immerse yourself in the tranquility of towering ancient redwoods. This is a rigorous ride with a minimum of 30 miles of riding and 2,500 feet of climbing. If you need a bike, we recommend renting from Sports Basement’s Presidio store, where we start.

This weekend vacation to Milwaukee is a vibrant mix of urban excitement and nature. Notable spots that riders can visit are the Milwaukee Art Museum, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame Museum, and the Black Holocaust Museum. The city is also home to over 40 breweries, with iconic names like Schlitz and Pabst leading the way. On the ride you'll traverse mostly flat terrain that shifts between suburban areas and secluded bike paths. The route to Lake Geneva follows the incredible coastline of Lake Michigan and eventually into the rolling green hills of Wisconsin.
