Perfect start for Istanbul visit

We knew we'd be exhausted when we arrived in Istanbul after 18 hours of travel, so we booked a VIP transfer to our hotel (based on prior success making travel plans with VIATOR.) Yusuf reached out soon after he received our reservation. With excellent English, fine manners and good suggestions, our anxieties about arriving at this enormous international airport disappeared. He explained where he would meet us (and why) and offered a video that walked us through the airport to where he would be waiting. We agreed to phone him via WhatsApp when we had cleared passport control and were heading for our meet up. As it turned out, that took longer than anticipated. It was raining as we crossed the tarmac to board the bus into the airport itself. We were surrounded by people and information in a language we didn't understand. Once we found Yusuf, it was with great relief that we accepted the water he offered and help with our bags. As we (octogenarians) settled into our seats to enjoy the hour-long drive to our hotel, the sun came out, and the Spring day was fresh and beautiful as our Istanbul experience got underway. Yusuf discretely inquired whether we would like his help in arranging a tour or guide on either side of the Bosphorus. Although our tours were already booked, it gave us such a boost of confidence to know that we could call upon him for help at anytime during our 5-day visit. What an excellent introduction to Turkish hospitality! I cannot imagine a better start to our visit. Submitted with sincere appreciation for Yusuf's excellent service.

Our driver went above and...

Our driver went above and beyond to facilitate our transfer. Due to weather, our hot air balloon trip was delayed by a day and we were on a tight schedule to make our flight out of Cappadocia. Our driver communicated with the hot air balloon company to pick us up from close to the balloon landing site so that we could go straight to the airport and make our flight. The van was comfortable and clean. No complaints, we would book this company again.

After booking..I received a message on Whatsapp from the director.. with a short video of the airport showing where to go for the taxi .. once you get there and find the company's sign (you will receive a photo of it as well)..the Guy standing there will find your name..and asks to wait until taxi arrive..then he will take you to the taxi I waited about 15 minutes Car very nice.. clean..and quiet driver.. overall a positive experience

Mustafa was an excellent driver and a key part of our experience in Istanbul. From the very beginning, everything was impeccable: the car was super comfortable and perfectly clean, and he welcomed us with water for each of us—a very thoughtful touch after a long trip. He made sure our transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth and pleasant, driving safely and calmly throughout the journey. He was also very friendly and always willing to help, giving us great recommendations on places to visit during our stay. Amazing experience!...

Amazing experience! Highly recommend, was smooth from start to finish. The driver was waiting outside the airport with your name on a sign almost immediately upon landing, and it’s a new Mercedes van that is very comfortable. The drive itself is long but fast. On the way back, I was picked up 3 hours before departure, and with a one hour drive from Goreme to Kayseri, it was the perfect time needed. Again, prompt pickup and communication throughout on what to expect and when.

A great way to see the sights!

This was a customized experience! We had spent the day before seeing the iconic sights in the historic area but wanted to go out of the area to see different things. Our driver looked at my list and quickly prioritized them with us keeping in mind that traffic is always terrible. We knew beforehand we wouldn’t be able to see everything on the list. So we went on our way and he surprised us with a few quick stops that he thought we would enjoy (we did). Overall a great day. We are glad we have another day! We would highly recommend hiring a driver to get around. Istanbul is challenging to navigate…to say the least.
