What are people saying about Tulum

Great service!
I booked this airport to hotel transfer while on my flight to Tulum. I received my confirmation via email and was a little worried that no further instructions came through. On the way out of the airport we showed someone our voucher and were directed to door number 4. That’s where all of the private transfer drivers were waiting. Our driver had a a card with my name on it, greeted us, grabbed our suitcases and showed us to his car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area (he is also a private tour guide), and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. He answered all our questions about the area, gave us taqueria recommendations, and made us feel welcome! So glad I booked a last minute transfer!

This is the one!
This was by far the best choice for this experience. It was a small group of us (2 other couples) which made the experience more personal and relaxing. This small size helps the timing of the trip and all in all it was a 12 hour day from pick up to drop off (from Tulum). Our tour guide, Leire, was very knowledgeable giving us the history on our drive to the chichen itza with a slideshow as well! The restaurant at the valladolid was delicious and picturesque with an authentic Mexican vibe. The cenote was AMAZING. The water was crystal clear and only 4 other people there besides us. It was clean with lockers (included in tour fee), showers and a changing room as well. They provided us with water and snacks as well. Don’t forget to bring a refillable water bottle! But if you did, they provided you with a sanitized one if needed.
If you have limited mobility and need a collapsible wheelchair like we did (sprained ankle), it’s doable but challenging. There are handicap ramps at the entrance of the chichen itza but then about a 1/2 mile of rocky moderate terrain with small craters and hills. Once you get by the actual chichen itza it is a lot easier as it is flat ground. The restaurant had ramps so no issues there. To get into the cenote, it was about 50 steep steps so the limited person had to sit it out but this amazing tour let her hang out in the air conditioned van.
All in all, I would absolutely do this tour with them again and do different tours with this company in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s worth it!

Cool, rustic setting with local guides. 9 zip lines plus a climbing and rappelling wall. One semi-open cenote with a diving platform and one closed cenote with subtle lighting. Excellent authentic tacos were served after the adventure. Thank you to Roberto and crew!

Excellent day trip!
Great excursion that last about 6 hours round trip. First stop, to swim with the sea turtles. The groups in this excursion are small but the area for swimming is crowded. We went in April, which is not peak season, and although there were plenty of people in the water, it wasn’t a bad experience. Rudolf, our tour guide, made sure that we saw multiple turtles; he won’t allow you to not see one. All gear was provided; lifejackets and snorkel gear. After we swam in the ocean with turtles, we went to the cenotes (underground caves), which were awesome! Very crystal clear water, not too deep or dark.

Extraordinary excursion
I had an amazing time! My experience was wonderful, was so beautiful. My tour guide was extremely nice, she even offered to take picture's. I felt safe the entire time, best trip ever. I recommend you book this excursion.
Her knowledge of history was exceptional, truly understood everything she was explaining. Got to meet new people that were kind and genuine. 10/10 book it!

A very fun day
Our tour guide Josefina and driver Armando were fabulous. While not a private tour, it almost felt like one given that the group was only the four of us and one other couple. Josefina is very good at what she does and beyond explaining what was in front of us had an iPad she'd whip out to show pictures of how the Mayan sites would have appeared when originally constructed, in addition to pictures of different plants and animals we might encounter. She brought some homemade snacks that she shared in the van between sites - the cacao beans with local honey were a real treat. The combination of the Mayan site tour and boat ride/lazy river float made for a great day, and we had delicious tacos at the end to cap it off. We enjoyed Josefina's company very much and Armando was a swift and safe driver, navigating sometimes dicey roads with ease and keeping watch over our stuff in the van while we wandered away.

Great way to spend a day!
Tour was fantastic for me and my teenage son! The driver Moises, was timely and professional, he provided us cold water and snacks after our Tulum tour. Our tour guide was funny, engaging, and super informative. He did the tour half in English and half in French and even taught us a few words in Mayan. It was a great way to see some beautiful parts of Mexico, learn a little about the culture and history of that area, and cool off in the cold water of the cenote.

Wonderful cenote diving experience
Incredible cenote diving experience with instructor Julio! He was professional, calm, enthusiastic and made me feel completely safe throughout the dive. The cenote was absolutely stunning, and Julio knew exactly how to guide to the best spots. Highly recommend diving with him.

A perfect evening on the water! Huge thanks to Saul for being such a fantastic guide. He created a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we boarded and shared some fascinating stories about the area. His expertise made us feel completely safe and well-taken care of. Saul is the best!

Great way to get your bearings and try delicious foods
Very nice tour of downtown Tulum. We got to try 5 different places, all unique dishes, and some new things I had never had before! We went with Armando who was very engaging and taught me more about the Yucatán, which I really appreciated. Now I just want more salbutes!

Excellent Mayan Ruins Tour
Excellent Guide. He told us great stories as we toured the ruins. He had a great sense of humor. Provided us with water and allowed us to explore at our own pace. He even let us stop for gelato on the
way back to our villa. Would highly recommend this tour to family and friends.

Amazing Experience
The whole trip was wonderful. They pick you up at your hotel and take you to a beautiful beach. After getting on the boat there was an open bar with great drinks and plenty of room to walk around and enjoy the gorgeous sights and refreshing ocean breeze. The staff was excellent and we met some wonderful new friends onboard. We would definitely do this again; it was perfect.
