Easy to locate the counter ! Clear instruction and helpful staff . Very fast lane as well . Only issue is there is no queue at all at the immigration departure which I was not aware bec sometimes the queue might be long. It is possibly bec of the war so less tourist coming as well as the hot season in April like 33 degrees. ! Not at all the fault of the staff or any provider just the circumstances. When we came to Phuket there was really a long queue but the wait perhaps just 15 -20 mins . Could hv use this service if I am in a hurry on arrival. But I did not book bec my flight was short anyway. Still good to know how efficient if I needed help next time!

Everything was great! ...

Everything was great! The agent met me as I stepped off the plane and quickly escorted me to Immigration. I proceeded through Immigration and it only took 1 minute (maybe even less!). She then took me to baggage claim to help me collect my luggage. My luggage did not arrive on my flight so the agent expertly helped me with the “lost luggage” process. She also contacted my hotel to let them know if my arrival and walked me to the waiting car. She was awesome!!!! I will definitely book this service again! Thank you!!!! 10 Stars!!!!

Less tourists, no headaches, great overall experience!

This was a well organized tour, with minimal number of people, and it left early in the morning which was great to avoid all of the tourists. They had food throughout the trip breakfast, snacks, and lunch at the end. They organized a cab to pick up and drive back and it was scheduled in a way so that when lunch concluded, the car was there ready to drive me to my hotel without any wait. So logistically the tour was fantastic. The actual tour was great as well. Try to get a spot in the very front of the boat so you can get the best views of the sunrise, to the various destinations. 10/10 review!

Amazing trip at Sea with Sea!

We had the pleasure of being guided on this trip of a lifetime by Sea a native Thai who spoke well english and was informative, accommodating and helped out with looking after my 8 yr old in the water as she snorkeled. She was so kind and treated my child as her own. She was very patient while we wandered around on Maya Bay, Monkey Beach and Phi Phi don. She made sure we weren't missing anyone and was very professional on what to expect throughout our tour. Her and her team provided snacks, fruits and drinks on the speed boat which got us to our destinations safely and fast. She advised us of any dangers while making us laugh throughout our time on the boat. We loved Sea and will definitely return to experience an excursion by her again!

I cannot rate this highly enough. The staff were incredible, food was lovely, the boat was beautiful. Mama Coco was very entertaining and all of the staff couldn’t do enough for you. You have just enough time at each location to experience everything. Canoeing through the caves was great, they may say don’t take your phone (so I listened and didn’t!) and I completely regret it because it was so beautiful. This was the highlight of our holiday, you definitely pay for what you get.

A must do tour!!!

We did the tuktuk tour last night with Kevin and we loved every minute of it. They took us to so many different areas from food market, flower market, temple, Chinatown. We sampled some very tasty traditional Thai food at the market, had diner in pad Thai restaurant that was out of this world and ended with mango sticky rice in Chinatown. What a night ! Kevin and the drivers were amazing and gave us memories for life. They dropped us off back at our hotel as well. Can’t fault them. Highly recommend this tour 👍👍🛺

We had a great time at our tour, being a part of Team Sexy Papa with Mr. Sexy Lady! We got to see and experience supreme islands early in the morning. Maya Bay is a «must see» when in Krabi, but even though we joined an early tour there was a lot of people. There is probably no way to avoid it! The tour gives you time to experience all the places you stop and disembark - and shorter stops at i.e Monkey Beach and Viking cave. They provide drinks and snacks during the tour, in addition to the complementary breakfast and lunch. Would absolutely recommend - and we are thinking about going for a second time before leaving Krabi.

A great way to see the ‘ Klongs’ - or canals of Bangkok and the Big Buddha.

A taxi took us to the Elefin cafe, the meeting point for the trip. We were delighted our guide was the inimitable Ken. He was in charge of two boats and always made sure everyone was informed and safe. The canals were a joy to see and the Big Buddha was making when seen from the long tail boat at water level. Thanks again Ken - ‘Lang may yer lum reek’ as we say in Scotland!
