At the end of the visit, among breathtaking landscapes made of large canyons, steep cliffs and wooded areas of olive groves and carob trees you will continue to Modica where you will have free time to visit this beautiful village and if you want you can have lunch with the famous "scacce Ragusa", you can also have a chocolate tasting for free. As a last stop you will go to Noto called "honey city" and where you can visit beautiful churches. Today 8.30am be ready at pick-up location to meet our driver and departure from Siracusa in direction of Ragusa Ibla. You have the chance to explore independently the old part of the city and an undisputed reality of Baroque art. Soon after, you will discover the local Chocolate in Modica. This particular chocolate is made with a very old recipe, the one coming from the Aztecs. We then continue to Noto. In the Arab period the town was the capital of one of the three districts of Sicily (the Val di Noto) and once defeated by the Christians, Noto became a rich Norman city. Unfortunately, it was totally destroyed by the 1693 Sicilian earthquake and rebuilt in a new position nearer to the Ionian Sea. But the new Noto is a masterpiece of Sicilian Baroque! Later we return to Siracusa (estimated arrival time h 4pm) Please note that if the tour does not reach at least two participants it will not be operated.

We will sail from Avola to Portopalo di Capo Passero. During the coastal navigation we will head to the following locations: Avola, Calabernardo, Noto, Eloro, Marianelli, Pizzuta, Calamosche, Tonnara and the island of Vendicari, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi and Portopalo. During the journey we will have the opportunity to admire: 4 tuna fisheries, 2 islands, Roman columns, reserves, fortresses and majestic sheer cliffs, beaches with the most varied colors and caves hidden by the blue of the sea. We will make many swimming stops where the sea is more crystal clear and if possible we will anchor in front of the 3 Roman columns lying on the seabed at about 7 meters deep, we will provide everyone with fins and masks for snorkeling. I land in Marzamemi to visit the seaside village with the possibility of stopping in some restaurants and enjoying this splendid fishing village. The hiking trail leads us through its majestic rock walls, and soon we find ourselves among the ancient Byzantine tanneries carved into the caves, a tangible testimony of past trade and craftsmanship. Along the way, the sound of waterfalls announces the approach to hanging ponds. Here, the crystal clear waters are lost between the curves of the canyon, creating a heavenly setting.
