After your pick-up from Taipei, we will head to Daxi to make your your own wooden mold for tofu production with Daxi locals, and create your own tofu. Over a gourmet lunch, you will learn how to prepare and eat the many different kinds of tofu available. After lunch, we will head to a Daxi farm to learn about the community's local agriculture.
