What are people saying about Strasbourg

Ten out of ten—would recommend!
Informative and entertaining for each of us. Davide helped us understand how Strasbourg has changed over time. Davide also had great recommendations on places to come back to (and to avoid)! Pacing was spot on. The rest of our time in Strasbourg will be much richer for this. Thank you!!

Just let the tour surprise you!
We did not know what to expect and each little town was more enchanting. There are several places you just drive through to see and listen to their history, but the four major stops are well worth it. Note for TALL travelers, the bus is meant for short/small people. My wife and I are both over 6’ and we were lucky enough to get all four seats in the back of the bus - the middle seat can stretch their legs into the aisle. Our driver/guide - Miguel from Argentina - was excellent. He spoke three languages - French, English and of course Spanish - to accommodate our multi-national tour group. He also saw that I was trying to take a picture of the (small) Statue of Liberty when leaving Colmar. He went around the statue/roundabout twice to make sure we got the pic! Gracias!!

Lovely personal tour with Raphael
My wife and I had booked the Strasbourg Food Tour on the evening of Sunday, April 19th. Our host was Raphael. Because it was a Sunday evening in April, we ended up being the only ones and we thus had a personal tour with Raphael. Overall, this was an excellent experience and Raphael was an amazing guide. He shared a lot of info about Strasbourg, about Alsation culture, about life in France, and about his own background and experiences too. Raphael was very pleasant, friendly, and chatty. His English was excellent which was helpful to us given our limited French unfortunately. I would recommend this tour very highly and we would certainly recommend Raphael to anyone. He is an asset to the tour. As a young man born and bred in Strasbourg and in Alsace, his knowledge of the region and its customs is strong and deep. Raphael was very enthusiastic and he explained everything very well! Overall, having some other guest would have only enlightened the overall experience ("the more, the merrier"), but it was also great having Raphael all to ourselves. Anyway, I would rate this as a 5 out of 5 or a 10 out of 10. Raphael is a great representative of Strasbourg. THank you for the great tour, Raphael. We have very nice memories thanks to you! All the very best to you in the future. Tom & Adrienne from Toronto, Canada.

Delightful wine tasting
Our guide, Carlos, was extremely knowledgeable about the wines we tasted and the region. He also had a good rapport with the vineyards which made the tastings more enjoyable. We had a good variety of wines with the opportunity, but never pressure, to purchase direct from the vineyard. The length of time for the tour was just right at 8 hours.

Romantic Strasbourg is a lovely year-round destination known for its historic Gothic cathedral and astronomical clock, along with a picturesque district with cobblestone streets and storybook architecture known as La Petite France. Make your way through the city effortlessly with the help of a Strasbourg tour, which might include an Alsace wine tasting, a private boat tour along the waterways, or even a Segway tour through the city.
