It was a wonderful full day with Amir as our guide/driver. He shared lots of history and fun insight about the area and was relaxed and easygoing. He saved us from renting a car and having the hassle of parking and navigating various areas with windy roads and tight spaces. So much time was saved and we never would have seen as much if we had been on our own. Amir dropped us to each location and we met him back at the car after a certain amount of time. it was a lovely, stress free day. We highly recommend!

Amir picked us up at our hotel and off we went in his nice, comfortable car. We enjoyed his info/history about the region and felt we had adequate time at each stop. It snowed and ice was on roads so I appreciated his safe driving and regard for all of our safety. It was a great day and I highly recommend this private tour and Amir!

Hamid was a wonderful driver. Do not expect a guide. He spoke only French but with the help of a translation device we all were able to communicate. His car was a tight squeeze for 4 adults.

Tarik was a wonderful driver—very kind and considerate! Before the trip, I wrote to the provider specifying that I will be travelling in a party of 5. Provider confirmed that there will be no issue so I carried on with the booking. Unfortunately the car that came to pick us up on the morning of our trip was a 4 seater sedan (excluding driver). The driver refused to carry on with the tour and failed to dispatch a replacement vehicle, leaving us with a wasted morning of waiting. This cost us precious time that could have been spent visiting other sites in the vicinity. While a refund was provided, the irresponsibility of defaulting on an explicit arrangement which was initially agreed upon is unacceptable.

Great way to see the Christmas markets without hassle. First Haut-Koningsberg castle, Riquewihr, then Colmar and finished at Equisheim. Great driver and comfortable car.

So easy to be picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the entrance to each market and the castle. Our driver had water, clementines, and chocolates for us! He was a safe, excellent driver who got us to the places easily. It was the best way to explore the towns. We communicated by what’s app and when we were ready to head out after visiting each town, we messaged him and he pulled right up to get us. We loved it!!

It’s the only way to go if you like efficiency and time conscious , easy in and easy out compared to big tour buses. Our driver Tarik was courteous, smooth driver and punctual, he even gives suggestions for places to eat. Overall exciting day.

Skilled driver with flexibility in this private tour. However, compared to other Viator tour guides he had limited historical knowledge, minimal suggestions for things to do and a weak command of the English language.
Koenigsbourg Castle and Colmar were very interesting locations.

We had a wonderful day out. The guide was an excellent, he was professional and friendly. I enjoyed learning a bit more about Alsacian culture and history. He was a very safe driver and patient with my mother-in-law.
I enjoyed every stop of the tour, every place was absolutley charming! I suggest buying food souveniers in Riquewihr, pre-booking your lunch at Colmar (all the restaurants were full!) and doing the round walk at Eguisham then sitting down for a drink.

I reserved this for our last day in France for our family of 5 (3 kids). After checking out of our AirBNB early and putting our luggage in storage we were notified just 15 minutes before the tour that they couldn’t find a van and our tour was canceled. We went from having a full 8 hour day planned to see our top destination to zero. For a family of 5 it was impossible to reserve another van or find another means of travel with such little notice. Highly disappointed and would caution anyone to move forward with booking this. We wasted an entire day,
I have been a customer of Viator for years- with trips to Spain, Stockholm, London, Copenhagen, Milan. I will now hesitate booking anything in the future.

Riquewihr is the best. Take the small train tour, which takes you outside the town for some amazing views. The other towns are awesome too. Very picturesque and walkable.

Booked this trip a bit last minute when we realized there wasn't that much to actually fill our time in Strasbourg. We are immensely glad we did!
