It was a long day but a very comprehensive one with a good balance between bus time and free time.

It is an independent exploration with the bus as your chauffeur. The guide tapes on the bus are very informative and the visit to the winery was extraordinary! Our tour guide dropped us off at each location and told us when to return. A lovely tour.

We didn’t really know how this long day would go. Once the audio tour portion began we were immediately impressed. Our driver was excellent as was the tour itself. It was straightforward to find and meet the group, the van was comfortable with a sliding glass roof which allowed for great photos (sit in the middle for this feature) and recharging was available at the seats.
The towns we visited speak for themselves - each one prettier than the last. Along with the four we stopped at, there were numerous tiny villages along the way - each with a unique history and vibe. The Alsace wine region is surely where the the word ‘charming’ originated.
We found the wine tasting at a small family business captivating and even purchased a couple bottles.
If you’re considering taking this tour, do it!

I would probably trade one village for a second activity like another vineyard tasting but it’s really charming with a great small bus and brisk activities but also feel like I had time to see everything

Brilliant!! This was such a good trip - really well planned, with variety throughout the day. There's an audio commentary on the bus as you drive through the picturesque smaller villages, and the driver was really good at stopping to make sure we could all take photos. Then the stops are each in really fascinating and beautiful villages, with plenty of time to walk around each, get a coffee, or an ice cream, with lunch at the second main stop. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought some of it would feel rushed, but I felt like I got to walk around the main parts of all four villages, each one more stunning than the last. The driver was super-friendly and helpful, and as we had a small group we all got to chat a bit and get to know each other which was really nice. It helped that the sun was shining, but all in all this was an absolutely perfect, dreamy day!

Really enjoyable day. The villages we visited were all lovely and not overly crowded. Just the right about of time in each location to not feel rushed. I really enjoyed the wine tasting at a small, family-owned winery. And the guide was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat, shop, taste wines, etc. Would definitely recommend this tour if you'd like a relaxing day.

This was an excellent way to visit the Alsace region without driving. The towns visited were a great example of the area. The wine tasting experience was informative. Our driver, Martin, was on time and a safe driver. He gave instructions at each stop throughout the day for pick up time and location.
Great all day trip and great way to see these beautiful villages. The drive was pleasant although seats were a bit small..
This was a really well planned and executed tour! Mathew our guide greeted each of us and then handed each of us a sheet with maps of our 5 stops. On each map of 5 cities, there were streets and numbered places of sights to see. So even though we toured the city ourselves, we had a map to find our way and knew what to see in each town.
Along the drive, we had headphones with pre-recorded information about the area and its cultural history... from 7th century to post world war II. My only comment here is.. the headphones were kid size and wouldn't fit my head!
I thought the time in each location (including a couple of drive-by stops) was adequate with the exception of the first one.....we could have used at least another 30 minutes there as the street from end to end was long.
Let me not forget the most important thing... the places we stopped. I didn;t know that complete towns of medieval houses existed...but on this tour we found at least 3! All well-maintained and colorful...so very interesting to view. Plenty of local charm with restaurants, bakeries and shops also.
Aside from the hour to get there from Strasbourg, you'll enjoy every minute of this tour!
The trip was great, we loved it. Ibrahim was very nice and helpful. Everything was good. You can enjoy the medieval villages in one day and experience their beauty and charm.
It was a very comfortable trip and I think quite complete through several of the towns in Alsace. A good way to visit several towns in one day without worrying about driving or parking with someone who knows the place well. Our driver was very kind, punctual and clear in his directions and recommendations so that we could enjoy and take advantage of the excursion. A highly recommended experience.
I thought Martin, our driver, was excellent. The tour was also very interesting and we saw a lot.
The only thing that could have been better was a street address for the pickup location as it took me a long time to find it

This was a very excellent tour! Our guide was very personable and helpful. He offered maps to help us explore and advise on what to do! They provided water on the bus and much needed umbrellas! The towns we visited were all beautiful and charming. The winery tour was quite interesting and the wine delicious. I highly recommend this trip if you’re ever in Strasbourg!
This was the most amazing tour. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. You are allowed to explore each village at your own pace within in the allowed time. A very unique vehicle that allows the top to open, when weather allows, giving you even better views. I give this tour 10 stars.
As a solo traveller I could never have had this experience on my own. Although the day was hot (a hat is essential in the heat of summer), the bus carried plenty of cool water bottles. Our guide, Sebastian, took care to ensure we were taken care of. The wine tour and tasting itself was lovely. The villages are incredible on their own, and we'll worth anyone's visit. But the history available on the bus, and personal care of our guide elevated the experience to the maximum.
We had a wonderful time on the tour! Each village was prettier than the last and our driver, Martin, was great. There was only one wine tasting spot but we able to try about 10 different regional wines and Oriana (sp?) - our host at the winery - was very helpful and accommodating to all of our different tastes in wlnes. Several of the villages have been rated as "prettiest village in France" and you'll see why. Book this tour!
Walking around beautiful villages and the wine tour was most enjoyable. Very well preserved medieval villages in a most attractive countryside setting.
Our driver Martin was great. We saw a lot of villages and had a good amount of free time to explore. For the cost I would have expected a live guide to provide the commentary/ historic info and allow us to ask questions. Instead, it was the occasional message through earphone audio. Also, the drop off place was switched at the very end. That made me very anxious given it was already dark and I didn’t know my way back to my hotel. No explanation given. That’s just not good or putting customer safety first.
This tour made it easy to explore what I had hoped to see in this region. It was very enjoyable. I enjoyed the wine tasting and the ability to explore some of the villages independently. It was well planned and went very well.
We loved this trip! We would have never got to see all these little towns otherwise. The wine tasting was good, and the tour bus was perfect. Martin even offered us umbrellas because it rained all day. Only thing I’d change is maybe shorten it up by like an hour, it’s a very long trip! But definitely worth it, and would recommend.
The driver was very friendly and made the trip a delight. The destinations were amazing and so beautiful. It was a great place to visit and looks like a great place to live.
What a great trip, best way to see the Alsace Region in worry free style. Martin our driver and host went over and beyond to ensure that we saw looints of interest.
