Our guide, “B,” was absolutely fantastic—if I could give 10 stars, I would! Since we speak English, she conducted the entire tour in English, which we really appreciated.
She was patient, attentive, and engaging from start to finish. She made sure we were comfortable on the Segway, taking the time to ensure we felt confident—especially when it came to stopping safely. She also clearly explained the tour route, timing, and what to expect along the way.
Her knowledge of the area and its history made the experience even more interesting and enjoyable.
She deserves the highest commendation and recommendation. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore and learn about Strasbourg on a Segway!

When we went on to the segway,we had a very good instructor named Bera.Bera was a very clear,positive and knowledgeable,She ensured our safety was first and taught us how to stop and aboard the segway with clarity.Throughout the experience,Bera waited for us and explained the history of many structures in France.As we rode the segway,we passed by many shops that offered us samples of food which we all greatly enjoyed.We highly recommend renting a Segway from here and having Bera as your instructor as she is very patient and fun to be with.

This was a great way to see the city.
B our guide was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the points of interest.
We were able to see much more than the others on our cruise who did a walking tour.
B was also an excellent Segway teacher. She was very patient which allowed my wife to get more comfortable on riding the Segway.
After a few mins of riding she took them out of turtle mode and then it got even better.

This is a great tour of the city. You see most of the interesting sites in an easy to ride and manipulate vehicle. The guides give good info and help with any problems. It was super fun. We are seniors and it sure beats walking 11 kilometers in one day.

Fabulous way to see this gorgeous town. Family of 6, gave the tour as a birthday present and everyone absolutely loved it. Segways are easy to learn to use and great way to cover a lot of territory and save aching legs! Our guide Luka was fantastic - friendly fun and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone - thanks again Luka, we had the BEST time!

This Segway tour of many beautiful and important sights of the City of Straßburg was fantastic! Our guide Luca knew a lot of history and current events, and speaks 5 languages! I had never been on a Segway before but within 10 minutes, it became instinctive and almost second nature. I will book a Segway tour every time I see one; it was an incredible amount of fun.

A brilliant way to find your feet in the city and to find out about the city's history, whilst covering a lot of ground.
Segways are great fun to ride, and we had a superb afternoon with Ryan our guide. He was polite, helpful, good fun and well informed.

The 2-hour Euro Tour by Segway was such a fantastic way to explore Strasbourg, and our guide Ryan made it truly exceptional. From the start, he was warm, professional, and full of energy. He took the time to make sure everyone felt safe and confident on the Segways, no matter their experience level.
What really stood out was Ryan’s passion for the city his knowledge of Strasbourg’s history, culture, and political importance was impressive, and he shared it all in a way that was fun, engaging, and easy to follow. He had great stories, fun facts, and a great sense of humor that kept everyone smiling throughout the tour.
We visited so many key sights from the charming streets of the Old Town to the modern European Parliament and Ryan tied everything together beautifully. He even offered great tips for restaurants and local spots to explore after the tour.
Highly recommend this experience especially with Ryan as your guide. He truly made the tour unforgettable!

Great way to see the city and learn about the history. Segways ate way to learn and use, we had never used them. Ryan our tour guide was knowledgeable and excited to show us the city. Even saw the EU parliament buildings and l’oriengie park. Great fun for the whole family.

This was one of the hi-lights of my 2 week European vacation. Max led us to all of the key historical sites, shared some interesting history and in a 3 hour span we were able to experience so much more than others in our group who took walking and bus tours. Highly recommend!

We booked 2 segway tours through Viator. Both addresses where we were sent were incorrect. Our first segway tour in Colmar took us to a bicycle shop, thank goodness they knew the new address of the Segway tour so we proceeded. The next day we had a segway tour booked in Strasburg. We showed up again before our scheduled time of 2:00 and there was no one there and no one to ask. We never saw any Segways anywhere. We immediately called the Viator number in the United States and told them there was no one here and by this time it was already 2:15, our tour was scheduled from 2:00 to 4:00 so he asked us if we would like to cancel and get a refund to which we indicated Yes. They wrote me an email the next day telling me there would be no refund. There was absolutely no explanation why, just no refund. It was their error where they sent us. They're refusing to refund our money of close to $400. To me that has scam written all over it. Do not not ever book with this company they are not trustworthy. Needless to say this fight will continue.

What a treat! The guide was fantastic. She kept it light and fun the whole time. The Segways were really easy to ride after the 1st few minutes or so. Stay loose and relaxed and it'll do exactly what you naturally want to do anyway. I've been to the city many times but I learned a lot of new things and saw parts of the city I'd probably never walk to on a whim. This is 100% the best thing I've ever done there!

Luka was delightful! It was our first time trying the Segway and she gave great training, even allowing a last minute change to bikes for those in our party who weren’t crazy about the Segway. We saw so many important sites in the time we toured and had lots of fun! Highly recommend.

Emmy our guide did a great job managing us (English speakers on Segways) and another couple (German speakers on bikes) by sharing history/info about the different sites along the route in one language the other and with humor. The weather was overcast and a bit chilly the morning of our tour and our feet and legs got very sore and tired from standing over 2 hrs on the Segway (we didn’t get a rest break which we expected after having done a Segway tour once before) but otherwise, it was a great way to see the city.

It was raining when we arrived and we were offered the option to cancel or postpone. We opted to wait 15 minutes and head out into the lighter rainfall. Our guide was great, we covered a lot of ground and information before finishing 10 minutes early when the heavens opened again. The staff went out of there way to ensure we had the best possible experience.

What a great way to see Strasbourg and get a general layout of the city.
At 66 yrs old my wife and I were a bit apprehensive about the Segways, but after 10 minutes we felt confident riding even in busy pedestrian areas of the city, there were plenty of bike lanes too.
Our guide , Luka (sp?) was fantastic and knowledgeable!
