Christine was a wonderful guide. Prompt at the meeting spot. Very fried Lu and knowledgeable. Not just about the food but buildings, history etc. Very generous tastings. Sausages and beer and pretzels and Alsatian wine. Lunch!!!! ( knock worst, potatoes and sauerkraut ( or pasta)), cheeses and two desserts( last one was a flaming apple torte). I highly recommend. Christine was wonderful!

Fantastic Segway Strasbourg experience
Our guide, “B,” was absolutely fantastic—if I could give 10 stars, I would! Since we speak English, she conducted the entire tour in English, which we really appreciated.
She was patient, attentive, and engaging from start to finish. She made sure we were comfortable on the Segway, taking the time to ensure we felt confident—especially when it came to stopping safely. She also clearly explained the tour route, timing, and what to expect along the way.
Her knowledge of the area and its history made the experience even more interesting and enjoyable.
She deserves the highest commendation and recommendation. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to explore and learn about Strasbourg on a Segway!

Amir picked us up at our...
Amir picked us up at our hotel and off we went in his nice, comfortable car. We enjoyed his info/history about the region and felt we had adequate time at each stop. It snowed and ice was on roads so I appreciated his safe driving and regard for all of our safety. It was a great day and I highly recommend this private tour and Amir!

An amazing and magical wine lover experience!
We had an amazing experience with Letticia. She was incredibly knowledgable about the Alsace region and made the experience feel easy, relaxed and very tailored to the wines we liked. This was one of the better wine tours I'd been on. We went to three tastings, however the last visit lacked energy and education, and could probably be better. The wine maker didn't really seem to want to be there and our guide did a lot of the heavy lifting.

A good overview of Alsace
You get to experience the fantastic beauty of small Alsatian villages like Colmar and Riquewihr. The castle tour gives you a different focus, unlike other castle tours: The why and how the castle was rebuilt for the people’s enjoyment
Our guide, Dolce, dictated the pace of the tour well, as there was a lot being covered.

Colmar day trip
Our guide Lea was very nice. She drove 8 of us in a van. She was an excellent driver. We enjoyed our trip.
It was a rainy day in Colmar and we wanted to go to the Chocolate museum. Between the excessive crowds and bad weather we didn’t get to see it. We did go to another city which was a bit less crowded. It was still very crowded but we did get to enjoy the Christmas market.
I’m giving the company and the driver 5 stars because of Lea. She texted us places to go to that were inside because of the rain. When someone said they needed a restroom she immediately took us to a restroom. We also had one passenger who repeatedly told her to blow her van horn at a full sized tour bus loading mostly elderly passengers in the rain. It was in a roundabout and so there was no place for any cars go until they were finished. Lea responded very calmly to the man in our bus demanding that she start blowing her horn by simply saying “I will not.” Each time he demanded she said “I will not.” It took all of 7 minutes for the bus to be completely filled with passengers and on its way. I know because Lea announced the time once we were on our way. The 7 minutes to help others was a small price to pay. She kept her composure during and after the event. The lesson I learned from her that day was far more valuable to me than the sightseeing trip.

Laurence is a gem!!!
Laurence, our guide, was awesome! So fun to spend the day with! What I also loved about the tour was that the company has relationships with dozens and dozens of wineries in the region, which means that you could book this tour again and have another totally unique experience than the last time! What I will say (and it is not a criticism!) there really was no food included in the tour. Yes, it absolutely says this in the tour description, but if you’ve done a lot of winery visits like I have, you may also think that the wineries will be providing nibblies to help you soak up the alcohol. Perhaps, it depends on the specific wineries, but in our case one location cut up a bit of bread and that was all. I’m only mentioning this because it is also A LOT of wine! We tried 15 different wines that! So, what I’m trying to say is don’t skip breakfast!! I had a blast, bought a few bottles of wine and schnapps, and will definitely book this tour again!! Thanks, Laurence, for an amazing day!!

Enjoying the Mediaeval Alsace Tour
This was an excellent way to visit the Alsace region without driving. The towns visited were a great example of the area. The wine tasting experience was informative. Our driver, Martin, was on time and a safe driver. He gave instructions at each stop throughout the day for pick up time and location.

Good Freestyle Guided Tour
The castle and 2 out of the 3 villages are not reachable by public bus or trains unless we drive. Most people join local tours to get there. Our mini bus has headphones audio commentaries in many languages. It has an openable top which is really cool when the driver opens it up. This tour is suitable for the Free Spirited. Once you reach each location, the driver/guide will brief you in a minute how long is your self exploration time and where is the meeting point. You will be handed a map with checkpoints highlighted. The bonus for this tour is a free tram ride 40 mins in the last stop. This is very suitable as our legs are tired after walking much in the first 3 locations. The challenge for most people is to get to the main bus station, the meeting point in the morning . As we were staying near the central train station, we could get there using the tram and it is only 5 stops 10-15 mins away. It is a reccomended tour for sure!

Delightful!
The tour was excellent and our guide Camilla was delightful. She did a great job of organizing and presenting it in alignment with our interests. This was one of the first things we did in Strasbourg and we’re so glad we did—it set us up for days 2 and 3 of our visit to this beautiful region of France.

Off the beaten track excellence
Off the beaten track excellence - we booked this tasting as the only option I could find for a Sunday in the region. We wanted a private picked up tour from Strasbourg but there were none available on a Sunday. We later learnt that practically all small towns close on a Sunday! So we were excited to find this one.
We trained from Strasbourg to Barr (40min train ride) thinking we would walk around Barr explore. But nothing is open in Barr on Sunday. We walked from Bar to Gertwiller for the tasting (20min) and although we were early we could purchase a glass of wine and sit on the terrace.
The tasting experience was fantastic and interactive. Started by walking out to the vineyard and then into the cellars. Their interactive film was really informative. The first one was quite simple about basic wine making practised (a little too basic for anyone that knows wine) but still fun because of the great host. The second film in the barrel store was great as we learnt of the estates history.
Wines were great and we purchased a few bottles that we could enjoy on holiday. We had to leave quickly to make our train back, but the whole experience was great. The closest train station at Gertwiller was only a 8min walk.
Overall- very happy with the experience- but people need to know that nothing is open on a Sunday in these areas.

Perfect Day Trip!
We had one day in Germany and this was the perfect trip. Our guide Thierry was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the area and shared a lot of history and cultural norms that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. 10/10 recommend him for a tour guide. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and good shoes for walking/hiking a little through the Black Forest. It’s a must see. Baden Baden is a quaint town with shopping and cafes. Do not go on a Sunday the shops are closed.
