Your hotel will be somewhere between the towns of Vik and Hofn, and you will have plenty of time to explore the area! Breathtaking

The glacier and ice caves are breathtaking! Tour guy is very informative told us what it looked like a day before or a year ago. It's about 30 minutes very bumpy road from meet point to the glacier, if someone is easy to have motion sickness keep that in mind.
