Great wildlife experience

Great experience getting a taste of wildlife in a more natural environment than safari park back home.Our guide was excellent with great English and very knowledgeable about Senagal.The wait in the game park was quiet long but this had nothing to do with excursion provider,as was the coaches of fellow tourists turning up.

Mind blowing

Being in Senegal for the first time, I did not know what to expect. However, Pape brought our trip alive with his excellent knowledge about Senegal specifically Goree Island, and other main attractions in the Dakar. I will definitely recommend him as a tour guide in the future to friends and also if I should come back to Senegal, I will definitely request him.

Excellent historical tour!!!

Oumar Kebe picked me up at my hotel. Went straight to the port for the ferry to Goree Island. Amazing and heart wrenching sights. We made it to the Slave House before the tour groups which was great. Back to the mainland we then did a city tour. I mentioned a couple items of interest not in the scheduled itinerary and Oumar made sure I saw those as well. The best part of this tour is your guide Oumar Kebe. His historical knowledge of Senegal is excellent and second to none. He was very friendly, accommodating and spoke excellent English. He’s also a minor celebrity as a former goalkeeper. Everyone knows him and greets him. He’s like an ambassador without a diplomatic passport! A truly unforgettable experience with Oumar! Book this tour!!

Exceptional Tour Guide

I traveled alone to Dakar, Senegal and wondered how I would be received. However, I was very happy to experience a warm welcome. I was treated as a Queen. My tour guide Amadou was very knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. For Goree Island my experience was equally as good with 'What'. I felt like family. I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend for anyone seeking an exceptional experience.

Great day with punctual Organisation!

The tour and especially our Tourguide has been very insightful and well organized! The pick up was on time and we went to the bandia resort after a short breakfast stop. At the resort everything went very smooth and we were able to see almost all animals from the park! Afterwards, we went to Lac Rose for an interesting tour to the lake with our boat - very interesting way to experience the locals mining the rich salt from the lake-floor! After a quick local lunch stop we finally were able to drive quads along the Atlantic coast before driving back to Dakar along the scenic Atlantic road. A very well organized day with a super professional company! Can fully recommend! Ps: the only slight disadvantage was the rather expensive price, but these prices seem to be usual in Senegal and considering that Bandia park, the boat tour on Lac Rose, the Quad rides and a driver / Tourguide for the day are included, it seems to be ok!

Must do if you are in country

Overall tour guide is fabulous, spoke excellent English and was very friendly. Individual guides at both locations were also top-notch. I highly recommend this tour. Just be prepared to spend about 1.5 hours each way on the drive to and from Dakar. Nothing anyone can do about it, it’s just somewhat far, and traffic Dakar is thick.
