Avoid the cable car madness and book this tour while in Santorini! During our cruise there was a 4 hour queue to ride down to get to the pier to tender to the ship at the end of the day! Booking this tour ahead of time helped us avoid that whole debacle! Our tour guide Alex was so wonderful and helped make our time in Santorini special with his commentary about the history and ways of life on the island! He took us to all the places on our itinerary and made sure we got some great photos! The lunch spot he took us to called The 41 was delish, get the Rose on your Nose cocktail! My mom and I had an amazing experience doing our flying dress photoshoot. Our photographer was highly professional, funny, and very kind. He went out of his way to make sure that we felt comfortable throughout the process. His assistant was equally wonderful. She styled our dresses to make us feel beautiful and helped us throughout the shoot to make sure we looked our best. The boutique had lots of colors and styles to choose from and our pickup and drop off process was easy. I highly recommend doing this with friends or family for an unforgettable experience and priceless photos!

Great time with a knowledgeable guide, free water bottles and air conditioned van. We got to see the main highlights of the island, the photo spots and some hidden gem village spots! Very good driver! Easy communication and coordination. I don’t recommend bringing young children, there is a decent amount of walking and little shade and the break for lunch wasn’t until 3 pm. Lunch isn’t included so bring card or cash. Overall I definitely recommend this tour to make the most of a day seeing all that Santorini has to offer!

We enjoyed an exceptional and picturesque tour of Santorini, and our driver and guide Angelo significantly enhanced our experience by collecting us from the airport. The tour comprehensively covered the entirety of the island, with Angelo leading us to all prominent attractions and optimal photography locations. This included a guided walking tour of Oia, which is accessible on foot or by donkey, and he introduced us to an excellent gelato establishment. Angelo provided clear explanations throughout the journey, and the walking tour at the Akrotiri Archaeological Site was particularly noteworthy. The tour was characterized by numerous highlights, all experienced without undue haste, and concluded with a mid-afternoon meal at the stunning Perivolos Beach, at Angelo's recommended restaurant, Forty one 41, situated on the beach's edge. While the tour's quality is contingent upon individual participation, a skilled & engaging tour guide such as Angelo undoubtedly renders it unforgettable, and we extend our gratitude to him for creating lifelong memories.

Great tour from the tender port

Our ship arrived and we took the tender 10 minutes to shore to the little port. Was easy to find our guide. Be sure to arrive on time as a boat picks the guests up and takes us to another port. The beauty of this excursion is that you do not need to take the cable car. The line for the cable car was insane. AND we only had two cruise ships in port that day. Heard the day before was 6 ships! The boat ride to the other port is only 10 minutes. Then get on a shuttle bus with 16 people. The guide was very knowledgable. Stopped along the way for amazing photo opps. Then went to Oia, the most amazing of all Greek towns on the hillside with the most wonderful panoramic views. This is where all the buildings are white and the church domes are blue. When you think of Greece, you think of Oia. Once in the town square, we were given free time to walk around, take photos, grab a baklava. This too is a very crowded area. Then back on the shuttle and drove to a traditional Greek village with a guided walking tour. Then back on the shuttle to go to the black beach. This is where we had free time for lunch. There are several wonderful restaurants ON the beach to choose from. Back on the shuttle to go to the port to get on the boat to go to the other port and then to the tender to get back on the ship. Wonderful day. Great guide!
