Distance from pick up at cable car to vehicle was like 1/2 a mile on rising cobble stone walkway. Our guide was in a hurry leaving us behind. In order to not loose him, we were forced to walk faster than our normal pace.this caused my wife to stumble on the uneven walkway, falling flat on her face resulting cuts on her forehead, severe cut to her nose, cut on her inner lip, scratches to her chin & bruising her left knee. Thanks to a merchant on the walkway who provided, kleenex, water & medical solution which seemed to stop the bleeding. After regaining her composure, assessing her injuries we decided to continue with the tour.
The guide kept asking if we wanted to return to the ship & we wished to continue. After 3 hours with the guide, he announced we were finished & dropped us off. I believe there was more to the tour & we were not shown items as listed. I have tried to research the excursion, but can not find the itinerary on my cell phone
The guide was excellent. We scheduled the day of the tour for in the afternoon. The company called and asked if we could go in the morning instead and we agreed. The guide was knowledgeable of history and very engaged and experienced. The only complaint was that they ended the tour early because the guides manager scheduled him for some type of transfer; that was not fair to us as we originally scheduled for the afternoon so shortening our tour was not right. Be sure you get all the stops promised in the tour details.

We would like to clarify that your drop-off was on time (13:14pm), completing the full three-hour tour you booked and covering the north-side itinerary included in that option. His next assignment did not shorten your tour. We’re sorry for any confusion about the duration or included stops, and we appreciate your flexibility in agreeing to the morning departure.
It was only a 3-hour tour and it didn't go to all of the places that were listed. Also, because we requested to be picked up at our hotel, we were told it would be an additional 70 Euros but at the end of the tour, we were charged 80 Euros. Gina was very nice and knowledgeable about the sights we were seeing. It was a great way to see parts of the island that we probably would not have visited.

This upgrade gave you greater flexibility to tailor the route to your preferences and visit additional stops that you would not be able to see as you noted at your review. George showed us his beautiful island of Santorini. It’s was really crowded with three large ships in harbor but he took us to some hidden gems. Skip any big excursion groups and try George.

We had an amazing tour thanks to company. Elena and Angelos our tour guide were top notch!! I would recommend doing this tour if you’re going to Santorini for the day.

This was a fun way to see Santorini and learn about history and culture. Frequent stops to take in the scenery but not too many. Perfect time to wander some shops and a stop for amazing coffee.

Angelo the guide is very nice, he has good knowledge of the surrounding areas. I learned a lot about the history of Santorini. Customer service staff is also always available when being messaged. He is highly recommended! This tour is 10 over 10.

Sakis was awesome. Very informative. He gave us lots of information about Santorini history. Stopped to see a monastery at the top of a mountain with amazing views. Highly recommend

We got to see the whole island including hard to get to places. The tour guide waited an hour for us because the boat was late. We had a great experience and got to see everything we wanted to see in Santorini.
The driver had his own agenda and we had to listen to his history before we could take pictures. We also had to buy from vendors that he took us to. I didn’t love that, but it was tolerable.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Daniel. We experienced delays in getting off of our cruise ship and he stayed in close communication with our group to ensure we could meet him as soon as we were able to get off tne ship. He also made adjustments to the tour to enhance our experience for the time we had remaining by the time we arrived. He shared quite a a bit of history about the city and took our group to multiple areas that allowed us to enjoy the city but also avoid heavy crowds. Would highly recommend this tour.

Maria was our tour guide and did an excellent job of showing us Santorini! We were able to see many of the sites traveling through less busy alleyways to get where we needed and in the shade. Maria learned of our love and wine and we went to a fabulous family winery named Art Space. Fabulous Santorini wine and beautiful artwork!

Guide Nicholas was the best! We signed up for a "small group" tour and ended up with a private guided tour by Nicholas, chauffeured all over the entire island of Santorini. He was very accommodating, incorporating sights we wanted to see, along with others we knew nothing about. The day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

If on a cruise, you must tender and then take cable car on your own. Meeting place is outside cable care exit.
This tour requires a lot of walking up and down hill on uneven surfaces. I am 75 and had a hard time keeping up. The guide was very good about making sure everyone was okay. My only complaint was that she would gather the group and start talking about what we were seeing before I could catch up. The views are spectacular. There is some free time to explore on your own or to shop which I appreciated.

Nick was so knowledgeable and always knew where to capture the best photos. He was a great photographer as well. Warm and friendly as well as fun to be with. We learned a lot about Santorini and its history. In the 5 hours with Nick we always felt safe and never hoped for the tour to be over. We hope you choose this experience and enjoy it as much as we did.

Great experience in seeing Santorini without walking too much to see all the sights. Our guide Sakis was knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 star rating is because there needs to be a stop somewhere during the tour to grab something to eat, even if it's just for 15 minutes. It makes for a long day and you get very tired after a few hours of sightseeing.

Angelo was an amazing tour guide on what felt like a private tour. At the end of April, the tourism season was not yet in full bloom which gave me many opportunities to walk about and see each site on the itinerary undisturbed. Angelo was knowledgeable and answered all my curious questions. I had the benefit of taking my luggage along as I’d just stepped off a ferry before the tour started and managed to get dropped off near my hotel.
