Your ship will tender you to the Old Port, of Fira, upon disembarking from the tender, please proceed to the lower cable car station and board the cable car. We will be waiting for you at the upper station, holding a "J A T" sign. Please note that on days when multiple cruise ships are in Santorini, there may be queues at the cable car station. Rest assured, we will wait patiently for you, even if the disembarkation and cable car ride take longer than expected

Cable Car in Port. Pay attention to lines.

I originally booked with the original tour to begin at the top of the cable cars. The tour operators decided that they wanted to take a boat instead. The seas were rough this day and my husband inquired with the guide if we could take the cable car up from the port and meet the tour at the top of the cable cars. We were accommodated. We were met by a tour person who put us on a Semiprivate van/tour. There were only four of us! Our guide, Ise, was so very informative about the island. He decided to take us to a lunch on the black beach (south island) first so we could get a beautiful glimpse of the Santorini sunset. No disappointment here! Beautiful vistas at sunset. The town up north was kind of a tourist trap, with loads of shops and people. After the tour, I wish Ise would have been able to drop us off closer to the port. The line for the cable car down was about a 45 min wait. We were freaking out because the last tinder back to our cruise was at 9pm. No worries. They don't operate on our "US" uptight time schedules per se. We made it back in time. Would love to have spent more time on this beautiful island.

Our tour was amazing. Very well paced and enjoyable. The tour guide ensured everyone knew where to be and when, she was extremely knowledgeable. The commute was in a comfortable vehicle, stopped at a delicious restaurant for lunch. We truly felt like we saw the most of the island during our time. Would recommend to anyone coming from a cruise ship.

Tour starts late

Tour did not start on time. Was supposed to start at 10. Didnt actually board bus til after 11 which is a problem on Santorini becuz of cable car line. We missed the trip to the beach because the cable car line was 2 hr wait, and our ship was leaving at 5:30 so the 5 hr tour would get back too late to leave with the ship. If it started at 10 it wouldn’t be an issue

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to address the concerns raised: 1. The tour description indicates that the pickup time may vary from the start time mentioned on your tickets. This time may be adjusted and communicated to your email and phone closer to the date of your tour. 2. The provided pickup information clearly stated that the start time on September 19, 2024, was 11:00 AM. 3. Celebrity Silhouette was scheduled to depart from Santorini at 6:00 PM. Three groups began the 5-hour tour at 11:00 AM and completed it by 4:00 PM, except for your lovely couple, who insisted on being dropped off within 3 hours. 4. All 43 participants of these groups were from the same ship and had no issues enjoying the tour and returning to the ship on time. The cable car lines never take 2 hours for the return ride. 5. A timely return to the ship is always guaranteed. We recommend relying on our guarantee, backed by 20 years of experience in this field. 6. A 40% refund was issued to your account, even though it was not our fault but your decision. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Safe travels!

Incredibly flexible - highly recommend

The company was incredibly flexible with us. Four cruise ships in on the same day meant delays on the pier. Victor, our guide, was welcoming and friendly when we joined the group at the first stop. He was knowledgeable and interested in making connections with each of us on the tour. Our driver, Dimitri, assisted in pointing out prominent Santorini things while getting us safely between stops. Highly recommend!

Excellent choice for cruise passengers

Great small group tour with excellent guide. Oia was spectacular but crowded. (5 cruise ships in port that day). Megalochori gave experience of traditional village without the crowds. The stop at the black sand beach was absolutely wonderful and refreshing. A few tips for future visitors. I booked this tour with much hesitation due to concerns for lines for tenders and the cable car. This tour company will work with you based on port arrival and departure times and adjust if needed. We did our best to leave our ship on one of the first tenders and had no problems getting to the meeting spot in time. For the return journey at 4:00 pm there was a 2 hour wait for the cable car so we walked down the path. It took only 20 minutes in sturdy footwear. Don’t attempt this in flip flops. There was enough time for a quick dip at the black sand beach so do bring a swimsuit.

Told when we started tour that ot would be 4 hrs instead of 5, no choice in matter. Guide not super knowledgeable, many miles in silence, seemed rushed and uninterested. Santorini experience not good.
