Eunize is perfect for this job. She clearly loves her job, and is welcoming, informed, interesting and conversational. The tasting took place in a lovely little room in the back of one of the best cheese shops in Galicia. A perfect cozy spot to enjoy the wine and cheese combinations.

The host (Eunize) was excellent. We tasted a lovely variety of 5 local cheeses and 3 wines. Eunize gave us loads of info on the cheeses and wines and there was plenty of time for questions. There was a good amount of both cheese and wine, and a couple of times she even gave us a refill of both cheese and wine. I'd highly recommended this experience to foodies who want to sample some of the best produce the area has to offer.
Great experience tasting wine and cheese and learning about the local history and culture. All was delicious.

We had a great experience! We went as a two - mother and daughter and no others had booked in so we had a full experience as of a private tasting. The description says 3 wines but we actually had 5 large full glasses and tried 5 cheeses which are all local from the shop. Eunize Our host was fabulous and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Full recommend and great value for money to try local cheese and wine.

This is a little family owned cheese shop. The girl working explained the different cheeses, how best to taste them and started us with a white wine made in the valley east of us. We had SIX different cheeses and three wines. It was pouring rain outside so this was a great interlude

I really enjoy mh tasting. I was expecting the usual size tasting serving of wine but was surprised to get 3 large glasses. The selection of cheeses was delicious.
I loved the experience. We were offered three wines, all explained in great detail and in a very pleasant way. On the reservation indicated that it was three cheeses, but finally we tried six: first five and, finally, a more cured one that added us very fondly.
