Tour of Mindo cloud forest.
The trip was marvelous. Carolina was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable, supplemented her information with photos, maps and other supplemental material. She clearly lives her country and her job. She made sure we were safe, comfortable and well cared for. We did a short hike to a waterfall but the climb back up was a bit strenuous for some in our group, especially at altitude. She encouraged rest, water and made them feel good about the hike. Eduardo was our driver and he did an outstanding job as well

Passionate and Inspiring Guide
Oh my goodness! Juan was a miracle worker mixed with drill-Sargent ( in a good way) Nothing but positive energy and a mind full of facts and knowledge! So much information about his country and the bio-diversity of the cloud forest. Highly recommended!

Once-In-A-Lifetime Tour
Highly recommend this tour with Isra and Linda!! It is in the top 5 experiences of my entire life, and that means a lot coming from a solo adventurer. I witnessed incredible biodiversity in the cloud forest and learned about two of Ecuador’s crafts: coffee and chocolate!
Isra and Linda were wonderful guides — very informed but chill and accommodating. Appreciated their careful planning and enthusiasm for the Mindo area.

Amazing experience!...
Amazing experience! Carlos was a wonderful guide and very accommodating! I loved stopping at the craft shop and got to pick up a unique, locally made piece of art. The lagoon was absolutely stunning and he did a wonderful perimeter hike with us since nobody wanted to go to the bottom of the crater! Definitely the best day trip we did from Quito!

Really great experience!...
Really great experience! Our guides, Darío and Fátima, were fantastic. The horseback ride was very scenic and tranquil. Afterwards, the short hike up to Cotopaxi base camp (~45 minutes) was challenging but doable, thanks to the patience of Fátima, who stayed with us when we had to take breaks and never rushed us. We highly recommend this tour!

Amazing day trip
Irene and Ivan were awesome. Irene had amazing energy and was very funny and informative! I doubted if we wanted to do the trip with the long amounts of driving but it was so worth it. Our best day in Ecuador! You have to do this tour if you are in Quito

SUCH a beautiful,...
SUCH a beautiful, breathtaking adventure! Irene our guide and Jonathan our driver were so professional and courteous. Big shout-out to Irene especially for being so kind, compassionate, and perceptive of everyone on the tour. Not only were her announcements phenomenal, but when I was struggling with the cold, she helped me recover to a non-shivering state. You will learn so much and see very beautiful things as you go to Cotopaxi, but I will always remember Irene's kindness.
Other Notes:
Itinerary: Great! The day feels like it moves by so quickly – on the bus, you pass several beautiful streets (e.g., Pan-American Highway) and you learn information about the national park; you visit a mini market for breakfast/snacks/tea/hats/gloves (optional - if you need it!); you visit Cotopaxi Information Center; you take on a hike to base camp; you visit a beautiful lagoon; you have a delicious lunch ($6).
Note! The weather at Cotopaxi can be very volatile. Our hike occurred amid high winds, rain, snow, and hail. You can still do it, but make sure you are prepared, with the correct waterproof materials! If you are able to coordinate your tour for a day with good weather, even better, but know that it can be rather unpredictable! Our team had a memorable adventure with the elements.

Entertaining tour in Quito
We had an interesting and cool time in Quito. We learned a lot from the city's vast history and culture during this tour. We went to the San Francisco plaza, the city center, walked around the streets, churches, the Panecillo, and to the Middle of the World visitor center. In all this was a super nice and cool way to know Quito and many of its landmarks. I'd like to thank Diana our guide , she was very attentive, dynamic, fun , and very knowledgeable of Quito and Ecuador. She even took us to a restaurant to try local food which by the way was delicious 😋. This was definitely a nice tour.

Amazing day in Mindo
We had the best time with Wilson in the Mindo cloud forest. He had great planned stops and made perfect personalized recommendations along the way. Zip lining was a blast. Even the car ride to and from Quito was a lot fun, our carpool karaoke session will go down as one of my favorite family memories. Highly recommend taking a tour with Wilson.

Great day out!
Our guide Diana was so friendly, helpful and informative. The trip was worth it for the information alone. Great conversations. The Bizcochos was delicious and interesting to know the history/how they make it and similar with the Agave and at 0 0 0 my husband managed to balance an egg!! The waterfall is beautiful and watching the lady playing the instruments was very relaxing. And of course, the market was full of hoods to buy. We tried haggling (I usually hate it but they seem to love it!) and it really works - start at half the price and then work up to the middle difference. We got some bargains. For lunch Diana found a restaurant that served fish as I don’t eat meat. All in all a great day out.

Book this tour - you won’t regret it!
Daniel was our guide today and he did a great job! One of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. First, we visited the teleferico (cable car). We highly recommend doing the extra short hike to the swing and vista point - that was a highlight! We then visited the Intinan museum which marks the true Equator. Lastly we visited the monument at Mitad del Mundo a short distance away. Daniel was informative, helpful, and great to talk with. We highly recommend booking this tour!
