Miriam was very friendly, informative and adaptable on our tour to Banos. Although it is a long drive (3+hrs), the waterfalls are worth seeing, particularly if you climb up the narrow enclosed section to walk behind the waterfall. The crowds were large so there were some delays. We also enjoyed the short cable car ride across the valley and the glass/wooden bridge walk. Miriam explained a lot about the scenery, culture and her life stories - thank you very much. We enjoyed the tour a lot.

Ximena was amazing!! This was seriously one of the best days of our lives. She was kind enough to extend our tour when it went long due to holiday traffic. We have limited time in Ecuador and this tour is a great way to see everything with minimal time. In 14 hours we saw 11 waterfalls, zip-lined, did 2 hikes, crossed bridges, rode in gondolas, shopped, ate delicious food & enjoyed drinks & more. Seriously cannot recommend enough! Ximena was knowledgeable, friendly, personable and really added to an already wonderful experience. Book this!!!

We had an amazing experience with Freddy as our tour guide and driver in Baños, Ecuador! He was always on time, incredibly friendly, and very informative throughout the trip. Beautiful waterfall tour

Ximena is an amazing tour guide, she was extremely knowledgeable about the region and was able to share some delightful insights during our tour. I would definitely book other tours with her. The Day was a full one beginning at 730am with stops along the way to the Baños waterfalls. We were able to stop for snacks/drinks along the way prior to the scheduled stops. Ximena suggested a wonderful restaurant for lunch which was able to accommodate my wife's gluten free and vegetarian needs. We opted to try the zip lines and the rope bridge for an extra charge and it was worth it. Overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend 100%.

Carlos was right on time, and was a great guide! Great conversation on the long drive to Banos, with periodic stops for the restroom, food and photos! Carlos navigated me through different areas in Banos, we avoided crowded and all around had a great day. He stopped me at a local empanada vendor which was delicious, and he made it a point to find me two spice stores in Banos, because I mentioned how much I liked to cook. Highly recommend!

A cannot-miss opportunity

The Rio Verde waterfalls is a very special sight - worth the short hikes to see it in all its majesty. The short cable car ride to view waterfalls was also special plus the opportunity to do zipline or other things. The guide, Cathy, was very nice and a very good driver, was happy to spend the day with her. The lunch was delicious, good restaurant selection. Thankful overall for the tour.

Good way to see Banos if you only have 1 day

Andres was a great tour guide and knew a lot about the area. It was a fun-filled day. There is a lot to do in the Banos area. We did the trip in a single day from Quito, which meant a 3 hour drive each way.
