It was great to have a private 4-hour tour of Quebec City. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us many things we would have missed without this experience. We customized our tour and visited Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. Oh my word - such a beautiful basilica - reminded me of European churches. Don't miss this gem when visiting.
We have found hiring the private guide gives us flexibility to go at our pace and go places that the larger tours don't go. I highly recommend this tour.

If you have 6 people in your group the people in the back seat can not hear the drivers commentary. Was a great trip for people who have never been to Quebec.

This was our turnaround day on a back to back cruise and our only chance to see Quebec. We selected this tour based on prior reviews and they were correct! We had a great day with Alexander. He told us so many details about the Old Quebec and adapted to our wants readily. We especially enjoyed getting to the Sainte Anne de Beaupre Basilica. What a beautiful place. We could not have asked for a better tour or a more knowledgeable guide. And the vehicle we toured in was so comfortable. Definitely book this tour. You won’t be disappointed!

The driver was a third party that was hired to drive around. He had very little knowledge of the history in the area. This was the reason I hired Viator because normally the guide is a wealth of information.

Louis our tour operator/Driver was the best!! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Very interesting tour. We didn’t have the best weather today in Quebec but he still managed to make it a great tour. We were in the van a lot driving around and it was very comfy for our group of 6. Would recommend this tour to get your bearings on where things are like we did, then went back and walked around old town after.

Louie was a great guide for the ins and outs of Quebec. We saw and learned more about Quebec AND it’s surrounding towns/island than if we did on our own or if we tried a Hop on Hop off bus. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very comfortable with him. Now we know where we want and need to go when we go back! The time got away from us and we were not able to partake in any shopping (which is what I was hoping for…so many different establishments to explore! Old Town looked like an amazing place to get lost in…) We will just have to go back!

We had Louie as our driver and guide and he was terrific. We wanted a comprehensive overview of Quebec as we started our vacation. He was able to point out the significant areas as well as tailoring the tour to incorporate how our home of Philadelphia and its better known residents were involved in Quebec. The tour spent the appropriate amount of time at various locations (historical, cultural and government) throughout the city. Since there was only our family we had discussions about what we were seeing instead of a guide just going through a pre scripted narrative. We highly recommend this tour to discover all Quebec has to offer!!
