Excellent Communication and Reliable Service

We had a great experience with this private transfer service. Customs took much longer than expected when we arrived, but the company stayed in contact with us throughout the delay and provided updates while we were making our way through the airport. Flawless pick up from airport and hotel. Picked us up a little earlier than scheduled for return to airport but this was appreciated. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Drivers were responsible and friendly. We have used other transportation services and feared for our safety with their driving. We did not have that with this service.

what I like the most was that our driver and the company was communicating with us before our pick up. We had multiple family members arriving at different times and we were all able to communicate with the driver for the arrangement to pick up my one cousin that was in terminal a when the rest of us were in terminal B our driver was very understanding and spoke good English, and got us to our shuttle and to our resort in a timely manner. The only thing I would say is that the air conditioning was not as cold, but it was OK. I would definitely use this service again as I felt it was very professional and everything went according as planned.

Communication was very good. Car was awaiting us upon arrival in Punta Cana. One minor glitch on the pick for departure. Car arrived a little late, which caused us some concern, but communication was good and we were assured that we would arrive at the airport on time for departure, which we did! If you are looking for a luxury transport, this is not the company. We found the value for the service was great. This was a short ride for us to Cap Cana, so the type of vehicle was not an issue. Also, if you do not speak Spanish, you cannot communicate with the drivers. All in all a great value.

Great experience. It was our first time in the DR. The pickup process was easy. My sister was at a different terminal and the driver was so patient with finding her. Have all your documents just in case.

To always have the contact number just in case you can't find your driver. My driver didn't have a sign with my name but I had all of the information ready just in case and it turned out that I needed it! I had to wait but it was only two minutes. Everyone was very friendly once they arrived. My only complaint was that I thought I was being picked up by Viator but instead it was a different shuttle service.

We had a very pleasant experience with this transportation company getting from the airport to our resort and back. The company rep, Fredelin, reached out the day before and day of our arrival via text and photo to let us know that they were waiting for us. Our driver was super nice and helpful. Thing to know

It was so fun. They are extremely friendly. You don’t need to bring anything. Buy your photos. Be prepared to have a good time no downers for this fun exciting tour of sea and sand. Don’t snorkel unless your a strong swimmer the waves can be intense. Sunblock is strongly recommended. Eat before you drink of course. Pack light with your must have items like water and change of clothes. They have a bathroom. I loved it and had so much fun and I don’t even drink it’s a party without drinking seriously fun.
