What a great day. The communication from Austin was great. Then add in Carlos (our driver) was clear, easy. Our tour was very knowledgeable. We were able to roll our own cigar. Learned a lot! Hanging out afterwards with a cigar and a cocktail just made it all a great day. We took our driver Carlos out for coffee afterwards. Just do it! Get to know the locals as well. THANKS for a very memorable day!!!!

Pretty impressive tour. Was only my wife and I with Melanie our driver/tour guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and several times asked what else we would like to see. It seemed like she knew everyone in town as we walked around town center. Great tour and great guide! It was only the 3 of us so a very personal tour

A great day filled with activities. I was picked up on time from my hotel at 8am. The tour started with the waterfalls , which were amazing - very refreshing and lots of fun. Our group of 3 was the first one to arrive which gave us more time to enjoy each of the waterfalls/slides. We then went to the main area to get lunch before setting off on a long ATV adventure through rainforest and passing through a village - a very special way to see the area. During the ATV tour we also visited a house in the village and did some chocolate, coffee and mango tastings. This was my first time doing a long atv ride and it was an exciting experience! We then went to do 8 Ziplines and finished off with a short horseback riding trip (which might have been shorter because of the size of the group and the time in the day). Whenever we had to wait a short time for the next activity, it was always in a nicely cooled chill area, which made the whole experience very relaxing. I would definitely do this again and will recommend this tour to everybody. It is a long day of activities with a bit of hiking in between, so you will be tired in the end, but it’s a great kind of tired. The tour guides and staff were all very friendly. The photos from activities were also great.

A big bonus was the dedicated photographer who tagged along throughout, capturing amazing action shots so we could fully live the moment instead of worrying about taking pictures — a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. And then came the delicious lunch — the standout being the unforgettable yuca fries! We loved them so much we asked the staff to make another batch just for our family — and they gladly did! That’s the kind of warm hospitality and service Country World is all about. This wasn’t just a day of activities — it was a day of being cared for, pampered, and treated like VIPs. If you're in Puerto Plata and looking for a mix of adrenaline, nature, and top-tier service, Country World Adventure is the way to go. Highly recommended!

The location was very nice and we enjoyed our ATV excursion. My daughter and I had a great time on the ATV's. The guides make sure everyone is together and okay during the ride. You will get wet and dirty but it's worth it. The only down side was I wasn't able to use my card to buy lunch or gifts because I forgot my ID, so make sure you have that.

Country World absolutely exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the team was professional, prepared, and incredibly polite. We booked the waterfall, zip lining, and horseback riding adventure—and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. A special shoutout to our amazing guide, Rosairy. She treated us like family and made the entire day even more special. I started feeling sick from the heat while hiking up to the zip line, and she didn’t leave my side—helping me every step of the way with care and compassion. Her kindness truly meant the world. Every activity was well-organized and so much fun. If you’re looking for an adventure that’s both thrilling and heartfelt, Country World is the place. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was a great tour. We had 7 kids with us, youngest was 3 years old and 27lbs. She was able to participate in everything. We chose to have her tantum zipline with her dad. But she had the option to ride by herself if she preferred. The monkey's and lunch were great. It was a perfect outing for a big family group with lots of kids. Felt safe and had lots of fun!

We went on a cruise and Amber Cove was one of our ports. We did this tour a few years ago and had a great time. We followed the directions to the meeting location and made it to the air conditioned bus for the drive to the falls. They had 2 separate groups on our excursion with each having a different guide. One that was going to go on the falls and one that went on the Nature Trek with an option to climb and slide or jump. I wanted to slide but my sister did not. She was still able to enjoy the natural pool at the end. Our guide Zander was awesome and even though we had done this tour before, we learned so much more about the history of the Damajagua Falls area. It was a great experience! A must do!!!
