Day Trips from Peso Da Regua to Lamego

Discover the magic of the Douro on an unforgettable private tour through the heart of Portugal’s most iconic valley. Our experience begins with the convenience of a particular driver. On board, you will have mineral water and Wi-Fi. During the day, we will visit three family wineries, where you will have the opportunity to get to know the tradition and passion that pass through generations. In each property, tastings of carefully selected wines will be held and you will be able to taste premium olives. In one of the wineries the lunch will be served in a charming little winemaker, providing an authentic and welcoming experience. The harmonised menu includes: Entry Soup Main dish Dessert Each dish will be accompanied by wines. We will make a strategic stop at one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region, perfect setting for memorable photos. This is a tour designed for those who want to experience the Douro with exclusivity, comfort and authenticity, exploring wines, flavors and landscapes.

Escape the crowds and enter the private world of the Douro. While most tours take you to crowded commercial cellars, we open doors that are closed to the general public. You will not just visit a "Quinta"; you will be invited to a private lunch at our 14th-century Solar and you will have the opportunity to talk about wines with Teresa, owner of a boutique producer, while they taste their best harvests. Guided by two local brothers, this experience focuses on authentic connection and not just seeing monuments. You’ll travel in a premium Mercedes wagon, sail the river in a traditional boat with Porto wine in hand and discover the “liquid gold” of the Truta family in their handmade olive oil lagar. This isn’t a guided tour — it’s a day spent with places that treat you like family. If you’re looking for an exclusive look “behind the gates” on the heritage, flavors and soul of the Douro, this is the right experience for you.
