Good but long. Not for kiddos.
Great guide! The tour was a bit long. We stopped at a stall with the option to buy drinks but I didn’t understand how this worked into the tour. We had to pay our own. Signs said 2 euro but then they charged 5. Apparently just juice was 2 euro. A spritz was 5. It would’ve been better to have included gelato at the end of the tour as part of the price at a No Malfia business since there was a business two doors down from the end of the tour.

Great Introto Palermo
Renada was a great guide! She provided a good intro to the city and was historically knowledgeable. She was easy to understand (English tour) and provided good suggestions for things to see and do.

Great overview of Palermo!
This was a very good, informative tour to get you started on your trip to Palermo. It covered many of the key sights and provides a lot of good information about Palermo that we used during our remaining day and a half to maximize our experience. Renata was a great guide and her passion for Palermo made it a great three hours together!

Very informative and highly recommend
The tour was very informative and interesting. It opened my eyes to what my grandparents had to go through. Salvatore was very polite, easy to understand and always welcomed a question which he had an answer for. Would highly recommend

  • Walking tours of Palermo largely take place outdoors, so wear sunscreen and a hat in summer.

  • You will be doing a fair amount of walking if you’re joining a tour of the historic center, so wear comfortable footwear.

  • The Palermo Cathedral requires modest attire that covers the knees and shoulders.

  • The main part of the church is accessible to wheelchair users; however, the crypt isn’t.
