Enjoy the calligraphy experience of traditional Japanese culture. With 27 years of experience as a calligraphy instructor, I will provide you with easy-to-understand and detailed instruction. We will talk about Japanese letters, explain how to use calligraphy tools, and teach you the basics of how to use a brush. Then, students choose one of the 16 kanji that are popular overseas, practice it, and write it on a Japanese board. Sign your name, place it in a special art frame, and your original work of art is complete. You can take it home, so please display it at home. At the end, enjoy green tea and Japanese sweets, and take a commemorative photo. It will be a wonderful memory for you. The event will be held on the first floor of a hotel in Shinsaibashi, the center of Osaka. It's very convenient, just 1 minute walk from the subway station.

The kitchen studio is a renovated 90 year old house where you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. The instructor is a local who grew up eating Japanese home cooking every day. She is a certified dietary education instructor and has over 5 years of experience teaching cooking classes at home and at school. In this experience, you can freely ask questions and take as many photos as you like during the tea ceremony. You will also create a matcha tea bowl using a traditional Japanese pottery technique called the "kurinuki" method. The experience includes two chopsticks rests as a gift, which you can use to enjoy sweets for tea ceremony at home. This double workshop is offered in our studio, a century-old two-storey building located in the Ikuno Ward. It is a very local area in Osaka, so exploring around here after the experience would be interesting and enjoyable. Nakayama Temple sightseeing and Copy sutras/ Simple japanese tea ceremony /Write your name on the fan A day to spend a special time in a place where you can purify your mind.....Takarazuka city *Sightseeing at Nakayama Temple and Copy sutras (about 1hour half) Nakayama Temple is a famous temple in Japan that is not known to foreign tourists. While looking at the Japanese garden of the temple, copy sutras in silence and calm your mind. And you can put your wishes in the sutras. (Depending on the day, the sutra may be copied at the organizer's house) If kanji is difficult, the staff will help you, so don't worry. *Simple Japanese tea ceremony (about 1hour) After the lecture, make your own matcha. and enjoy tea time with Japanese sweets. *I'll make a fan with your name on it.（about 30 minutes) The organizer will consider the name of your kanji. And I'll let you know the meaning of the name of kanji For example: Tom = 冨夢　Meaning 冨＝Wealth 　夢＝Dream We also have a very nice gift.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of mending shattered pottery with lacquer that’s often dusted with gold. Learn about the traditional art’s history and try your hand at it in this class, where you’ll sprinkle 23K gold onto lacquer. As a bonus, the workshop is also held in a traditional Japanese building with wooden architecture that’s worth exploring after class.

As the name of the class suggests, it is Cook, Taste and Enjoy Osaka. We use seasonal ingredients from each season of Japan. We directly purchase carefully selected Koshihikari rice from a contracted farmer in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, known as one of the leading rice-producing areas in Japan, to provide the highest quality rice. Please choose from Course A or Course B. Both courses involve making two dishes together. Course A features sukiyaki, tempura, and rolled omelet. Course B features wagyu roast beef bowl, chicken nanban, and sashimi. Please choose Course A or Course B when making a reservation. The course lasts about two hours.

You can learn Karate basic training from real Karate masters (male and female). You don't have to have an experience in Karate. You will wear Karategi and photos can be taken after the lesson. You will receive a diploma with your name in Japanese.
