We had a wonderful day visiting Lake Como and Lugano. Everything was very well organised, and the whole experience was even better than we expected. Our guide, Daniela, was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting information and wonderful explanations about the places we visited. She created such a lovely atmosphere and made the tour really enjoyable. A big thank you also to our driver, Renato, who was very professional, friendly and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Lake Como was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed visiting Lugano as well. It was a fantastic day and a very memorable experience. We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Chiara! She was incredibly knowledgeable about Lake Como and shared fascinating information not only about the main attractions, but also smaller towns like Bellano, where I was staying, and Varenna. Her insights made the tour even more enjoyable! She had a plethora of recommendations in Bellagio for restaurants, bars, etc. to which I obliged and I’m so glad I did, because they were excellent recommendations. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everyone in the group stayed together and felt included throughout the day. She did a great job coordinating our ferry and boat rides as well as our visit to the gorge, ensuring everyone was accommodated. There was a small miscommunication from the tour company that was completely outside of her control, and she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and sincere apologies even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Her warm personality, organization, and genuine care for the group made this a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend taking a tour with her. Thank you, Chiara!

Great tour amazing guide!

Marcella was an amazing guide! She took us on a wonderful tour inside and outside the duomo. She pointed out the most important sites, but also had insight into many other often missed aspects of the duomo. She was friendly knowledgeable and answered every question we had. She made sure on a very hot day to keep our group in the shade and even gave us the opportunity before the tour to use the bathroom or grab a bottle of water. I highly recommend this tour. It was worth the time and money, especially skipping the line. And if you can book the tour with marchella you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had an enjoyable tour of Sforza Castle, the surrounding areas and the two connected museums. Our tour guide was informative, interesting and well equipped to share a ton of great knowledge about what we were looking at. As someone who loves history and art this tour was a great combo of both! Plus how cool to see an unfinished Michelangelo statue?!

First, our guide was wonderful. She was pleasant and so knowledgeable. The walking tour was a great way to this area. Everything is loaded. Hopefully you can get a sense of our tour. We started at The Last Supper and Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Then moved to Castello Sforzesco before entering the Brera District (Art District) then onto the Teatro alla Scala (Opera House) through the Galleria into the Piazza Del Duomo and wrap up with a tour of the Duomo di Milano. 2 hours by coach to get to lakes,borded small cruiser about thirty people,cruised the three islands.Visited palace on largest very ornate superb gardens,then onto next island for lunch very nice.Back to shore by cruiser to lake Magiore,plenty of time at each spot very knowledge able local guide.
