What are people saying about Mexico City

Just book it!
If you’re looking for a great way to experience Mexico City, this food and history tour is a must. The five-hour tour flew by, with plenty of stops and generous portions at each one. We got to try an incredible variety of authentic local foods, including stepping well outside our comfort zone by sampling insects, which turned out to be a fun and memorable experience!
Our guide, Angel, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and shared so much history and local insight that made every stop even more meaningful. His passion for the city really came through, and he made everyone feel welcome throughout the tour.
We couldn’t recommend this tour, or Angel, more highly. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City!

Lots to learn
If you want to learn about the history of the site, definitely take this tour. The guides are very knowledgeable. The site is amazing! My only warning is that there is a lot of steps as you walk through the site and that's not even climbing the pyramids. Definitely pack plenty of water, sunscreen and hats as they recommend. There were no commercial stops as promised; one pit stop on the way to the pyramids (as is normal in Mexico, make sure to have coins for the restrooms, although they were clean at the visitor entrance)

Amazing walking tour of the historic center
Our guide Tomas was absolutely amazing! This was beyond a tour, he gave us such an enriched experience with the history for the aztecs, how Mexico City was built over centuries, the history/politics behind the buildings. Anyone visiting would not miss out on this tour!

Amazing culture and food in Mexico City
This tour was an incredible way to learn about Mexico City. I can’t say enough great things about our guide Ninneth. She reached out in advance to find out if what we were interested in. We went with her suggestion as a local. She picked Coyacoan, which was charming and beautiful to walk through. She taught us about the history of Mexico City, and then would pick fun stops where we could try delicious food, or beautiful churches or homes that illustrated her points. She was really engaging, knowledgable and interesting. Truly a phenomenal tour. I highly recommend her as a guide and this particular tour.

Great Tour
Great tour with Jyavir and Rueben. Best way to see the pyramids. Tour pickup was easy to meet at, they showed up on time/easy to identify and did a great tour. Got to spend enough time at the site and got a good overview. We stopped for a quick coffee, restroom stop en route to pyramids but no more. Left Mexico City at 7:45AM and back in town by 1:30PM. Traffic was heavy en route back on Saturday.

Great tour!
This tour was fantastic! Our guide was JP, and it was his first solo tour but he did an amazing job. He honestly made the tour great, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgable about tacos, mezcal, and Mexican tradition. I loved the inclusion of mezcal on the tour (especially the surprise at the last spot), and I enjoyed how we tried tacos from different regions of Mexico. Would totally recommend if you are looking for an authentic experience!

Miguel and Ivan are the best
Miguel and Ivan were amazing guides when it came to Las Lucha libre, they gave us a brief history, fed us, taught us phrases to scream during the match and kept pouring us shots!! We had an amazing time if you’re in CDMX this tour with Miguel and Ivan is a must!!

Diana was such a wonderful guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. She took us through the market and restaurants and made sure we tried a verity of different dishes and yummy drinks that we would not have found on our own. She balanced it all out with history and fun stories. This is a must while you are visiting Mexico City!

Roma food tour, delicious way to explore the neighborhood
We had a great time with Marianna doing a food tour of Roma. We went to six great spots, with a wide sampling of tacos, tostadas, tamales, ceviche, mole, chocolate and coffee. As we walked between spots we got an overview of the neighborhood as well. It was a delicious way to get oriented!

Excellent Private tour of Teotihuacan
Fantastic private tour. They were very flexible with our timing for pickup and lunch. We went straight from Mexico city to Teotihuacan which meant we got there before all of the crowds which was nice. The tour guide Stephy had great English and was super knowledgeable about everything. There are lots of steps so wear comfortable shoes. We went to La Gruta for lunch, which was fine. The mezcal tasting and shopping stop after the pyramid tour was fun.

Great Day Trip to San Miguel de Allende – Long but Worth It
Took a day trip from Mexico City to San Miguel de Allende and overall it was a great experience. The town is beautiful, especially the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel.
Special thanks to our guides Ara, Javier, and Pedro, who were knowledgeable and kept everything running smoothly.
The only drawback is the long travel time and limited hours in San Miguel—it felt a bit rushed. Still, a good option if you’re short on time.

This trip was absolutely fantastic. If you can request Gerardo, please do. He was absolutely incredible, and overall things couldn’t have been better. The trip is totally worth it, and it was such a good idea to go early and avoid the massive crowds. Couldn’t say enough good things about the company, the Pyramids, and Gerardo!
