The most memorable part of the tour was the visit to the Basilica. Would have wanted to spend more time there even if it meant less time at Teotihuacan.

This was a wonderful experience, both our driver and our guide were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Everything was as it should be, and made it so easy for us to sit back, learn, and enjoy. There were thoughtful touches in the car of water, snacks, and tissues. The van had good AC which was great as the time at the pyramids can be hot, it was lovely to cool down after. There were no hiccups at all, the day was even better than we hoped!

What a fantastic experience discovering the pyramids and the Basilica of Guadalupe. Our driver Carlos and our guide Veronica were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. They did all they could to make our tour comfortable. I have a leg injury that slowed me down but they helped me so I could see as much as possible. Veronica not only provided historical context for the sites we visited but also shared a lot of stories, folklore and current cultural topics. I highly recommend this duo to lead a private tour.

Teotihuacán was very cool, but the tour took much longer than anticipated and lunch was terrible, making everyone sick for multiple days. We were also left in a tourist trap, where locals tried to sell us obsidian and other things while our driver and tour guide went missing. Sucks that this is the playbook still.

Our guide Veronica was phenomenal, very knowledgeable and moved at a good pace. Teotihuacán is impressive and mysterious. It was great to go to the Teotihuacán room at the anthropology museum the next day to see the artifacts and models.

Our tour guide, Hector, was so great. Picked us up on time from our hotel for a private tour. He was very funny and knowledgeable. Made the drive entertaining. The lunch spot was beautiful and food was good also. Pyramids were worth seeing.

The overall experience was alright, but I was disappointed by our tour guide. He spoke enough English to communicate several main points, but couldn't answer most of our questions outside of the memorized script. He was also constantly on his phone, and he seemed to rush us through many of the areas around the pyramids.
I would recommend the experience to others, assuming they had a better guide!

Our tour guide Pepe was fantastic. He is an archeologist and obviously passionate and knowledgeable about the topic. He knew the history of the Teotihuacan site as well as others in the city and was able to put everything we observed into historical context. His narrative made viewing the ruins and sites incredibly interesting. He was also very friendly in general. Both I and my husband really enjoyed the day and it is our favorite thing that we did while in CDMX.

We had such an amazing time! Our guide Julio, was super knowledgeable about all the sites we visited, and also was very attentive to all our needs. Teotihuacan was majestic, definitely a must visit when you are in Mexico City!

Awesome experience! We had a great time with Sergio as our tour guide and Charlie as our driver. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to all the different spots as described. Lunch, which was included, featured a great view of Teotihuacan. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a tremendous personal-level tour!

We had a wonderful day. Ramon was a terrific guide, very knowledgeable and informative. Robert was an excellent driver, and the van was comfortable. Everything was well organized and on time. I would highly recommend this tour with local operator TuriTravel Mexico to Teotihuacan and Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Note that lunch was included (rather than breakfast).

We loved our private tour to Teotihuacan with our tour guide Roberto and our driver Christian. The ruins were amazing to see and cannot be truly felt from photos. Roberto provided historic information for those of us that love history and unique and funny anecdotes throughout the entire tour. He made sure to ask us what we wanted to see and do throughout the day and spent extra time when and where we wanted it. Christian was a thoughtful and careful driver that got us quickly and easily to all our locations and maneuvered us into some places I didn't think possible. Kudo's to both of them.

I am so glad I took the opportunity to check out this tour. There are things I have learned about Mexican history that I never really understood until now. I also learned so many things that have never been told to me about Mexico, and I am so grateful that the host took the time to explain them to me.
The tour gave me a greater appreciation for Mexico's heritage, the influence of history on its rich culture, and left me feeling wanting to explore even more. I guess that just means I'll have to come back to Mexico!

Driver and guide where on time, friendly and adjusted the tour to our liking so that was all very good. But the Guide only knew what he had learned and could not answer any questions. He neither knew additional information about Theotihuacan nor could he answer questions about Mexican life n what could be seen on the drive. That was disappointing.

This tour was a great as we scheduled it same day, they picked us up from our location and brought us around to the sights. Our guides were nice and friendly people who knew about the area very well. Overall would recommend and use again when back in Mexico city.

This was a great experience, my guide was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and very well informed, if you have an interest in Mexican Indigenous culture and don't want the rigidity of a large tour group, this is definitely worth it.
