Very well planned

This experience is extremely well planned. 6 of us joined from Roma Norte in Mexico, we got pick up from Airbnb. Our ride to hot air balloon was very smooth, drive felt really safe. We were greeted by Raul at the spot, our hot air balloon ride started right on time. It was breathtaking. Breakfast was average but the overall breakfast in cave was worth it. They also took us to a market place which can be skiped but it doesn’t take too long. We were taken at pyramids of teotihuacan, we climbed one of the pyramids. We were back to Roma by 2.30pm

Very informative and...

Very informative and convenient! We were picked up at our Airbnb and taken directly to the site. We really appreciated the informative tour and especially the time to explore the Avenue of the Dead and Temple of the Feathered Serpent- it seems not many tours go out of their way to do this! The site is amazing and my group has been trying to learn more about the site since our visit - it really piqued our interest!

What an amazing day! I highly recommend this experience. Our tour guide Gia, was super knowledgeable and really showed us a great experience, if you like history this is such a good way to learn about a few significant historical sites in Mexico. Pack sunscreen and a light jacket as it can be a bit windy.

Comfortable way to see the pyramids

Very comfortable Mercedes bus. Our tour guide Edgar was very fluent in English, humorous, and kept us all organized an on time. He was also very easy to get along with. A bit more historical background on what we were seeing would have been good, but he was ready to answer any individual questions people had...and I had a few. Seeing the pyramids is awesome. Like going back in time. The hour-long stay at the church at the end was a bit long for my granddaughter and me. The bus driver was also friendly and very competent, and stays with the bus the whole time so you feel that any items you leave in the bus are safe. I'd definitely recommend the trip for the general visitor. If someone is a history buff, best to do your own research ahead of time.

What a delightful day. Weather was amazing and our guide was the best. Such a sweet girl ( I'm sorry I'm rubbish with names, but it was the girl who I was talking about york and Edinburgh to) There was a slight problem completely out of the companies hands which restricted us for a short while entering the main square around the church in san Miguel. It was open by 1.30 and it didn't affect our day so ill put this out there first . She was very informative about the town and very friendly. Many many thanks for a super day

Perfect Introduction into Lucha Libre Culture

Really fun time. Leo (English guide) knows his stuff and makes the history enjoyable and interactive with references. He also really brings the spirit in the arena, even started a few section wide chants. Each stop has enough time to not feel rushed and we were given warnings as to the best time to go to the bathroom during the show. The walk back to the starting location felt safe even though it was dark, and Leo did a good job keeping us away from potential pickpockets. Pulque has now become one of my favorite drinks.

Great experience

The full day tour of Puebla was long but my husband and I were comfortable in the van, and in the places we visited. Oscar was full of information to share and the use of the portable audio device was a positive. Oscar was very professional, knowledgeable and we appreciate his narrative of this UNESCO city- the colonial architecture and beautiful churches. Amazing experience.

Loved the air balloon...

Loved the air balloon experience, definitely the highlight for our Mexico City trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They will take your photos and record videos while you're on the air but they're not free. You have to pay extra if you want to keep them but you can bargain. Buffet breakfast was decent. The mescal tasting shop was not bad as they do provide some useful information but don't buy anything there. They overcharge you like 50% more of what it's worth. The guided tour at the pyramid was decent but it has room for improvement. I think they hired the certified guide for maybe 30 or 45 minutes (I couldn't tell how long but it was definitely timed) so our guide had to rush through it a bit to get it done within the time limit. Also, English is my second language and the guide's English was a bit hard for me to understand so I lost a bit of information there. That said, I'd still recommend the tour. It's beautiful to see all the balloons up on the air together.
