A jam packed itinerary!

Overall a jam packed day visiting the pyramids and two other landmarks inside the city. I would recommend this if you have a full 8 hours to spare as the itinerary is full. Perhaps the only portion I wish could be better lunch spot. Menu is completely for tourist at elevated prices. Our guide Eddy was good, witty and friendly.

David and Lilian (i hope...

David and Lilian (i hope i remembered the name correctly) were great! Very interesting historical information about the archeological sites and the Aztec civilization. I had a little medical issue during the trip and had to be taken care of, David helped me to the best of his ability and i was able to still enjoy the rest of the excursion. It's also nice that no one forces you to drink even a little alcohol. I don't drink and i refused the shots at the tequila and mezcal tasting part of the trip, and it wasn't a big deal at all. Thank you guys! I'll definitely recommend you to friends :)

We took a tour from Mexico City to Tolantongo Hot Springs, and it was an amazing experience. Pickup was easy, we had the option to be picked up from our Airbnb but chose to meet at the designated meeting point instead. Our guide, Charlie, made coordination simple and we had zero issues with logistics. The hot springs themselves were incredible, but the caves were the real highlight for us. We’ve travelled all over the world, seen many beautiful things, but the waterfalls and caves are one of the most beautiful things we have ever seen. Pictures do not even come close to the magnitude of what you will experience. If you have the time, get up early and do this. You will NOT regret it. Charlie made sure we had all the required gear to enjoy them safely. Our driver, Nico, did a great job navigating the chaos of Mexico City traffic. Two tips: read all the information carefully, as the hot springs are cash only. They do mention this beforehand, but we missed it, so don’t make our mistake! Additionally, the trip is bouncy and curvy, so if you get motion sickness be prepared as napping will not be an option. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Our guide, is history educated, his passion for the sites is so engaging and admirable. Everyone in our group agreed that we are so inspired that we will continue seeking and learning about this site after going home. The restaurant is novel, food is excellent. The entertainment was not expected, but so authentic and lively.

This trip was absolutely amazing! Both Michel and the driver were kind. Do try to visit during the weekday and non-vacation times since the hot springs can get PACKED. There is also so much more than just the hot springs too. Additionally, be cautious if you get bad motion sickness since we passed through lots of speed bumps, mountains, and rough roads. Thankfully, we were provided with water and medicine for motion sickness. We were also allowed to stop if we needed some fresh air too. To prepare, you should bring some water shoes and a fair amount of cash since only the restaurant takes cash. There are some shops there if you need towels, shoes, etc… but they are cash only.

We had an amazing experience on this tour, and Oscar was a big reason why. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of Mexico City. His expertise was evident from start to finish, and he made sure everyone felt included and engaged. We learned so much and left with a much deeper appreciation for Chapultepec Castle, the Anthropology Museum, and Mexico’s rich history. This Puebla tour was amazing! Jonathan was such a great guide, super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows the city inside and out. He shared so much interesting history and local insights that made the experience feel really special. What stood out most was how smoothly he translated between English and Spanish, so everyone in the group felt included and comfortable. It made the whole day effortless and fun. I can’t recommend this tour enough.

We went with our 10-year-old, 8-year-old, and 5-year-old. The ride up was kind of bumpy, but our our driver and tour guide were really friendly. When we got there, we changed into our swimwear immediately. We then spent time in the caves, moved to the river, and then finished at the pools. The only thing we didn't get to do was the zip line because where our van was would have taken a long time to get back. That was a little bit of a bummer. The 5 hours went by really fast. We did get something to eat and only pesos were accepted in cash form. No credit cards. You definitely need water shoes, and waterproof cases for phones. The beauty of the mountains, waterfalls, and the water in general is totally worth it. We all enjoyed our time.

Loved the air balloon...

Loved the air balloon experience, definitely the highlight for our Mexico City trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They will take your photos and record videos while you're on the air but they're not free. You have to pay extra if you want to keep them but you can bargain. Buffet breakfast was decent. The mescal tasting shop was not bad as they do provide some useful information but don't buy anything there. They overcharge you like 50% more of what it's worth. The guided tour at the pyramid was decent but it has room for improvement. I think they hired the certified guide for maybe 30 or 45 minutes (I couldn't tell how long but it was definitely timed) so our guide had to rush through it a bit to get it done within the time limit. Also, English is my second language and the guide's English was a bit hard for me to understand so I lost a bit of information there. That said, I'd still recommend the tour. It's beautiful to see all the balloons up on the air together.
