The trip started well with on-time pickup and an excellent camel ride, which was a highlight.
However, the quad-bike guide was rude and unprofessional, especially towards my child, which ruined that part of the experience. Our main guide was also often absent, leaving us waiting without clear instructions.
The evening food, entertainment, and atmosphere were enjoyable and well presented, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the earlier issues.
Overall, I’m giving 2 stars due to the poor behaviour of staff and lack of proper supervision, which seriously affected our family experience.
Fantastic trip! Our tour guide, Hind, and the driver were both incredibly friendly and stayed in touch 24 hours before the trip to make sure everything was arranged and organised. Everything went smoothly, and the overall experience was unforgettable.
The camel ride, quad biking, and fire show were all amazing experiences and definitely something everyone should have on their bucket list!
The only disappointment was the dinner at the camp. Unfortunately, everyone’s tagine was burnt on the bottom, and there were only two small pieces of burnt chicken covered with lots of potato chunks. The couscous was very plain, with just one piece of aubergine, and would have been much better with some mixed vegetables. The bread was also dry and stale, and there was nothing really to eat it with.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the trip. The activities, organisation, and hospitality were excellent; the food was simply the one area that could be improved.
Pick up was 16:40pm not 3:30pm communication was good prior trip but after that the guide was rarely seen.
Argon oil part could really do without going nothing special.
Then when you get to the quad bikes there are so many other groups that we were told we were to wait as there were people in front. But luckily something happened and we went straight on quads were very good. Then 10min wait and on the camels unfortunately just missed the sunset as it set while we were waiting.
Dinner and show was good.
Only thing it was lacking was a bit more organisation like booking the quads and camels for groups at specific times so the isnt no waiting about and the guide involving herself more with the group and telling us more things instead of having to find her and ask. Also it didn't look like once she counted to see if everyone was on the bus as we left different places (also bus A/C was more of a warm drought blowing through)
Excellent experience!!! The camel rides, desert ATV, food, music, and fire show were excellent! Highly recommended! Also, I actually injured me leg and the tour company, specifically Hind, made sure to accommodate for me needs!!! Thank you for the great customer service!

Was an amazing activity, not to be missed when in Marrakech. The organisation was fab, Amal was amazing! She spoke perfect English, she explained each step and stage and was in contact via WhatsApp with all the details for the trip.
More than adequate time for the quads, the rough terrain n hills made for a thrilling ride. The camp was breathtaking and we arrived before sunset, plenty of photo areas to fill your camera roll, traditional food and music and then international music was so fun and lively. The fire show was great. The price for what you get is unbelievable! Perfect trip.

Amazing excursion, value for money is unreal, my husband didn’t believe me when I told him how much it was on our way back.
Have a drink and small snack in a bag, although no toilet at the camels/quad bike, we really needed a little drink (which we had).
If quad biking you get very dusty so don’t wear clothes you are too precious about.
Pickup was a lot earlier than expected from booking, wasn’t a problem for us but would know for future excursions to expect that.
Amal was a brilliant guide.
This was AWESOME! The pick up was an easy place to find. The vehicle had AC and comfortable. The camel ride was better than expected as I was fearing the animals would be aggressive or not well taken care of, but this was not the case. The quads were so much fun! The meal was excellent! The fire show was epic! The only thing I could complain about is the wait time to get on the camels but even then they provided tea and a comfortable place to sit. I recommend buying a scarf at the Argan oil spot or bringing one as the dust was a lot on the quads. Also bring sun glasses. All in all cannot beat this experience and price! Idris was our tour guide he was nice and spoke clearly in several languages. He kindly helped people put on their scarves for the rides. The bus driver was also great.
It was an amazing experience and truly value for money. Our guide Idris was amazing and catered for all of our needs. He rang beforehand to confirm booking and pick up and looked out for us during the whole excursion.
Great bang for the buck. Was in a very neat setting. The ATV time was so much fun. Was lots of groups there, and seemed to get behind a bit so camel riding seemed rushed to get everyone through so time on camel seemed short. Good and show lots of fun.
This tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and so much fun. The quad biking was thrilling, the camel ride was peaceful and scenic especially with the beautiful sunset as a backdrop. The evening ended with a delicious traditional dinner and an entertaining show that gave us a real taste of Moroccan culture.
A special shoutout to our host, Sihame, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. Her energy and enthusiasm really made the experience even more enjoyable.

The experience was 10/10, Our guide Sihame (#Sisi) was amazing! Really friendly and always made sure everyone was involved and had fun. The tour itself was nice! The quad biking experience was really nice, the dinner show was beautiful and the food was good! It is an amazing experience that everyone should do! They have been responsive whenever I had any question so it was a plus point!

Incredible tour for the price. Had fun on the quads and the camels. Food for so large a group was ok and the fire show was great in the dark of night in the desert. Overall had a great time and met some great people on the trip.
