Our experience with the airport transfer from our airbnb was very quick and easy. Our driver, Noureddine, was outside waiting for us at the allotted time, and got us to the airport without any issues. The van was spacious and had plenty of room for all of our luggage. I would surely recommend using this service, especially for early flights!!

The driver was friendly and efficient. The company communicated with us before we arrived and gave us a photo with clear directions as to where to go and what to expect upon arriving in the airport of Marrakesh. It was a seamless transition to our hotel. They were waiting for us with a sign that we knew to look for from the prior photo and there was no time wasted leaving the airport.
Abut was fantastic! Had water for my arrival and shared some amazing information on Marrakech and the old city. Easy to navigate and communicate and easy to find! My flight was delayed and they were able to work with me on my new arrival time
The driver was horrible. Did not communicate at all, kept leaving us when we were walking to the car and did not even offered to help us with our bags.

Good communication, pick up point at airport arrivals clearly explained and driver waiting as we arrived. Driver friendly and courteous and mini van clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Highly recommend.

Once I booked the transfer, it asked for the time to pick up from airport and time to arrive to airport, indicating that you would be paying for both pick up and drop off to the airport. We only received drop off to the hotel. And now are trying to find transferred back to the airport.

We're sorry for any confusion regarding your booking. After reviewing your reservation, we can confirm that it included **an arrival transfer only** (from the airport to your hotel). No return transfer from the hotel to the airport was included in the booking.
The system may ask for flight or travel details during the booking process, but this does not mean that a round-trip transfer has been reserved unless both services are explicitly selected.
We appreciate your comments and hope this clarifies the situation. Should you need a return transfer in the future, we'd be delighted to assist you.

Fantastic option for return to airport from hotel & 5:45AM. Responded both to my confirmation request & to ne changing the pick up time by 15”. Price is transparent & very reasonable, no need to hassle and have to ask for a meter. Highly recommend.
Very good efficient service. Flight was delayed slightly but they were still there. Spoke English, which was a nice bonus.
Pickup communication was good, but required prompting to begin the process after purchasing. Overall ok.

Good. Easy. Just what I needed. Would do again. Checked out of my hotel earlier in the day, went to a spa, and the driver picked me up from the spa and took me to the airport. Happy not to haggle w/ taxi drivers - didn’t have enough MAD on me for a taxi anyway.
I booked a ride from my riad to the airport weeks in advance. The day before, nobody reached out to me to let me know when and where to meet them for pickup, so I reached out myself. I let the driver know I would like to be picked up at 5:30 am.
The next day, the driver shows up at 4:55 am and says he cannot wait for me, despite our conversation establishing a 5:30 pickup time the prior day.
I requested a refund, which the company denied, so I had to pay for a taxi ride twice. Since I have been denied a refund, I am leaving this negative review.
The communication is poor and the customer service is even worse.
There are plenty of taxis in Marrakech waiting to drive you at a reasonable price. I would recommend that travelers use another taxi service — unless you want to pay for a taxi twice like I did.

We would like to clarify that our team contacted you in advance via WhatsApp to confirm the pickup details, including the meeting point and scheduled time. Unfortunately, it seems that our message was not seen, which led to a misunderstanding regarding the pickup time.
Based on our confirmed schedule, the driver arrived at 04:55 AM as assigned. Due to other scheduled transfers, the driver was unable to wait beyond the allocated time.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when traveling early in the morning, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. However, from our side, the service was dispatched as planned.

I booked a transfer with this company from Medina to Marrakesh airport.
Confirmation came through at midnight only.
There was no communication after that. No car colour, no reg, no name of the driver. Nothing. It was really stressful to stand on the street and keep saying: no thank you for other taxi drivers that were keen to get a passenger.
Then finally I received a call via WhatsApp. Didn’t understand where the driver was. I asked how many minutes until he will be here- didn’t get it. Luckily driver called me via video call on WhatsApp..
This ‘experience’ vehicle that arrived was very different from pictures this provider was showing . I almost entered vehicle which belonged to another customer!!!
Driver tried to explain that there was a mix up in the schedule. I understand, things happen, language barrier, but my experience was not the best with this service provider. I would not use it again.

Regarding your booking, the confirmation was sent as soon as it was finalized in our system. For Medina pickups, direct vehicle access is often not possible, which is why our team and driver rely on WhatsApp communication to coordinate the exact meeting point.
We understand that not having detailed vehicle and driver information in advance can feel uncomfortable, and we appreciate this feedback. Our driver made multiple attempts to reach you, including a WhatsApp call and video call, to ensure he could locate you correctly in a busy environment where many drivers are present.
There was a minor coordination issue on arrival, which the driver explained, and we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience. However, the transfer was ultimately carried out.
Regarding the vehicle, please note that while images shown are representative, vehicles may vary depending on availability, but all meet our service standards.

The driver was waiting for us outside the terminal. A very quick and efficient transfer into Marrakech.
We arrived a little earlier due to changes made to our flight. We communicated and the staff took care of us immediately! The ride was smooth and it was fun. The driver was fun, informative and resourceful!
The driver was there early and ready to go. He drove well and got us there promptly. We would definitely use this service again.

Never got to use the service. All they needed to do was to be on the exit gate with my name on but that that too much to ask for!

As stated in the arrival instructions sent before your trip, customers are required to proceed to the designated meeting point where our representative is waiting.
Unfortunately, it appears that we were unable to meet each other despite our team being on site. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, but we respectfully disagree with the statement that no service was available.

Cancelled our trip saying we exceeded the 45 minutes, which was not communicated to us prior to cancelling. We kept updating about the queue inside but even then they cancelled with no information.The driver and cab were at the airport and told us to pay again if they wanted to drop us. Bad scamming, was a bad start to the trip, be wary of this operator. Would not give us a refund either, viator has refunded though

We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that our airport pickup policy includes a **45-minute complimentary waiting time** after the flight lands. This policy is clearly stated in the booking terms and is standard for airport transfers.
Our records show that the driver was present at the airport and remained available throughout the included waiting period. Unfortunately, as the meeting did not take place within that time, the reservation was automatically marked as a no-show. When you later contacted our team, the original booking had already expired, so a new transfer would have been required.
We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service as a scam. Our team followed the agreed booking conditions, and at no point was there any intention to mislead or overcharge you.
We regret that this situation affected the start of your trip and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our communication with customers.

We received meet and great information the day before we travelled, with instructions on where to meet our driver. Everything went smoothly we meet the driver at at prearranged point and the drive from airport to hotel went very well.
