The trip to Essouira was great. Comfortable car, skills driver, organized. The return was the exact opposite. The car was late and was literally a normal taxi car, not a private vehicle. To top it off, the seat belts didn’t work. The driver tried to make us go anyway, but we insisted on basic safety.
After going back and forth with the service, they finally got us a different car, but this time with a driver who could barely see and didn’t know how to navigate Marrakech.
Inexcusable and dangerous. I highly recommend against using them.

You are absolutely right to raise these concerns, and we sincerely apologize for what you experienced. What you described is not acceptable and does not reflect our standards or the service we commit to providing.
Your outbound trip was delivered correctly, however the return service clearly failed on multiple levels — vehicle type, safety equipment, and driver quality. This is a serious matter for us, especially regarding seat belt safety, which is non-negotiable.
We have already opened an internal investigation to identify:
Why a standard taxi was dispatched instead of a private vehicle
Why a vehicle with faulty seat belts was allowed
Why the replacement driver was not suitable
The subcontractor involved has been suspended while this is reviewed.
Your safety is our top priority, and we deeply regret the stress and danger this situation caused you. We are also reviewing your booking for compensation, and we invite you to contact our support team so we can resolve this properly.

The advertising only shows large cars and black SUVs, which is what we thought we would get. When making the booking, we were only asked how many people were travelling and we indicated 4. At no point we were asked to choose the type of car so we assumed we were going to get the large car, as it was advertised.
When I was contacted on whatsapp, I reiterated that we were 4 people + 4 large suitcases. I then get a phone call saying that at the meeting point, I should look « for a blue car ». When arriving there, we were very surprised and disappointed to find a small regular city taxi, for a 3-hour trip …. We had no space, the trip was very uncomfortable and the seats at the back had no seat belt.

I booked this to transport three of my friends from Marrakech to Essaouira. The operator communicated seamlessly via whatsapp and went the extra mile to make sure they got to Essaouira comfortably and timely. The driver even stopped to get them coffee, and also stopped at an argan oil coop on the way.

Younes drove me from Marrakech to Essaouira. Really nice guy, and the service was excellent. Despite my 4-hour flight delay, he was there waiting when I arrived. We reached Essaouira around 11:30pm. I'd barely eaten all day so was grateful Younes took me to a nice place where I could get some much-needed food at this late hour.
I'm happy I didn't hire a car. Various aspects of Moroccan driving would have been stressful if seeing it for the first time and trying to navigate late at night. The transfer allowed me to sit back and relax.
Younes did not speak much English, and I speak minimal French and no Arabic. But that wasn't a problem. We worked it out!

Youssef is amazing and he went above and beyond for us. We missed our flight to Marrakech and Youssef was patient and helpful. We were also even later because our luggage did not arrive and we had to make a claim. Youssef still greeted us with a smile and was a wonderful driver! He even walked us to our hotel in the Medina because we arrived in Essaouira so late. This experience was worth every penny we spent and Youssef was an incredible driver.

We rode with Youssef and Achraf. They were both fantastic! Very friendly, accommodating, punctual — and excellent drivers. Youssef picked us up in the Medina and drove us to the airport. Also, we wanted to visit Essaouira while we were staying in Marrakech, but there’s no train currently. We decided to have a driver take us vs. renting our own car. We are so thrilled we were paired with Achraf. He made us feel very comfortable. We stopped along the way at a nice rest area and at a place where argan oil is made. All these nice thoughtful touches and his sense of humor made the trip wonderful. I would highly endorse riding with Youssef and his team!

Youssef was an excellent driver. He drove us from Marrakech to Essaouira and we liked him so much that we had him drive us back to Marrakech the next day and then the following day he drove us to the airport from our Riad in Marrakech. He was friendly, reliable and a careful driver. Leaving Marrakech we had a very early morning flight and he was on time picking us up in the Medina at 4:15am! His van was clean and he always had cold water for us. We wish we had met him earlier in our travels and will recommend him to any friends who go to Morocco.

Communication with Youssef (organiser) was great! The driver did not speak too much english but this was not a big problem. He was nice, helpful, and came on time to the pick-up location (we sent the location on whatsApp). The drive itself took longer than estimated, as we stopped for a lunch break. This was no big issue for us, we had no rush, but the longer lunch break was not expected. I wanted to mention this to help others know for their planning, that the estimated 2h 40min is far too optimistic. If time is not an issue, I think this transport option is really great value and can recommend it to others!

Safe, comfortable ride with Youssef, very patient and puncture guy.
He stopped for our request to buy Argan oil ( the best serum/oil we tried during our 14 days trip) and toilets.
The only issue is our communication was lagged due to language barrier. But no issue once his friend came to help.
In Morocco generally, one need to get driver phone number and time confirmed OK ahead especially if stay in old Medina. Otherwise, get your host to communicate on behalf. That said, need to get WhatsApp phone number ahead
