Sensational experience – Professional pilot and fantastic views!
An absolutely fantastic experience! It’s important to know that the company sets the start time. After some back-and-forth, we agreed on a 4:15 AM hotel pickup (originally planned for later). We actually took off shortly after sunrise around 5:30 AM. Although we were among the later launches, it didn't take away from the experience at all—the colors of the morning sky were stunning. The pilot was sensational, clearly very experienced and professional. A big plus was the basket size; we were in a smaller basket with only 20 people, rather than the usual 32, which made it feel much more personal. We reached an altitude of 3,350 ft and enjoyed perfect weather conditions during our 40-minute flight. The landing was incredibly smooth. Don't let the fixed start times stress you out; the experience is breathtaking no matter when you launch. A very reliable company and highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience on our trip to the Valley of the Kings and Queen Hatshepsut in Luxor, thanks to our fantastic guide, Roshdy Roshdy was very knowledgeable and explained in English explaining the history in a very engaging way. What truly stood out was his kindness and attentiveness. He assisted to arrange a wheelchair for us and personally assisted throughout the trip, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. He was extremely friendly, professional, and well-spoken, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Roshdy to anyone visiting Luxor for a day or even more.

We had a wonderful hot air balloon experience in Luxor. The entire operation was very well organized and ran on time, which we really appreciated. A special mention to our pilot, Abdo, whose lively and engaging commentary made the ride even more enjoyable. He pointed out key landmarks and kept the atmosphere light and informative throughout. The views at sunrise were absolutely breathtaking — a truly unforgettable way to see Luxor. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

Fantastic experience
Best activity during our 10-day itinerary in Egypt - I fully recommend it to everyone. Pick up was easy at 4:30, and upon arrival we only had to wait for about 15 mins before we went up in the air. It is a truly unique experience and the sunrise made it even more special. Our captain gave us a minimal but humorous explanation of the view and handled the flight perfectly. 10 out of 10.
