Giovanni was our guide for this tour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Los Cabos has a very unique history. The Chocolate stop was our favorite. Gio also took us to lunch at a local restaurant. He suggested a few things on the menu and were delicious.

Flights got delayed, there was space and Viator was able to amend our shuttle time graciously and worked to get that done last minute when they didn’t have too! Very kind of them and greatly appreciated. Made the wife very happy!!!! Thank you, and the driver and young man that helped us find the right van in the hustle outside the airport were great too. Personally walking us to the van and translating for us. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Our experience with Estevez Transfers was excellent from start to finish. Upon arriving at the airport, we easily found Hector at Tent 10 exactly as described in the instructions, and he was holding a digital sign with my name displayed, which immediately gave us confidence that we were with the correct transportation service. Hector was kind, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire trip. We were transported in a comfortable private SUV exclusively for the two of us, which made the ride especially relaxing after traveling. He offered us a choice of cold water or beer as a welcome drink, which was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated in the Cabo heat. Hector speaks both English and Spanish fluently and was incredibly patient and friendly as we attempted to practice a little Spanish ourselves while still communicating clearly in English. He was easy to understand, engaging, and made the ride enjoyable by sharing information about the local area and Cabo San Lucas along the way. The drive was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend Hector and Estevez Transfers to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.
