Fanatastic tour and gorgeous locations!!

This was a great tour and we had a fantastic time. Our train was delayed by an hour and this meant we did not get a tour of the town upon arrival, but the boat tour was very pretty and Lake Como was gorgeous. We loved Bellagio and Ravenna and would do this tour again for sure. One note: though our guide was absolutely lovely, he told us up front that he did not use headsets as he didnt like them. And, we were speaking with/seeing the other group run by his colleague, who departed with us and returned with us as well...and her group not only had headsets, but she was constantly giving amazing commentary...so while we enjoyed the tour, we really wished we had been given headsets and information about what we were seeing, because our guide seldom spoke and when he did it was really just over his shoulder as he walked for a couple mins and it was impossible to hear. So he was lovely...just...not a very informational guide...and we would much have preferred learning. Still, we had a lovely time and they were very good about remaining patient and catching the next train when ors was cancelled.

Beautiful scenery

We really enjoyed this tour. The meeting point was easy to find (just outside of the train station). From there we walked to the coach bus with our guide Alessandro. The drive was nice to Lugano. From there we got on a boat and took a tour of Lake Como. The guide pointed out points of interest. The boat dropped us off in Bellagio where we did a quick walking tour over to a photo opportunity. Afterward we had free time for lunch and to walk around. Alessandro suggested lunch at Seta which we all enjoyed. We got back onto the boat which took us back over to the bus and over to Switzerland. This was a shopping area but it was a nice to window shop and grab a cold drink. From there we took the bus back to our starting point. Alessandro very friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed having him as our guide!

Not to be missed!

Had a chance to spend the afternoon on a four hour ride around the lake with Stefano. It was truly spectacular. From the charming history of the lake to the insight only a 5th generation resident can share, we had the best of times. Really, 4 hours was about right. We could have rushed to see the whole lake in three with simple drive-bys but the depth and friendship was built with time. Thank you to Hercules (company) and Stefano, our wonderful Captain!

Great way to see it all!

Perfect way to see it all… Como, Bellagio, and Lugano! Bus was clean and air conditioned (however, no wifi as promised in the description, and no apertivo; water for purchase only). The stops were just enough time to venture out and make it your own. Our guide was enthusiastic, cheerful, and darling!

Our tour of Lake Como with Filipo was extraordinary. There was some delay initially due to the amount of traffic on the dock in Lake Como where you board, but he and his company were great at communicating the delay. Filipo was incredibly knowledgeable of the local area! He was humorous and personable, great tour guide. Highly recommend this experience! Plus, who doesn’t love prosecco and a swim in Lake Como outside the gorgeous villas?

Family 1 hour trip

We loved this! It was great to get closer to the famous villas and hear about them from our guide. All well organised. Note the 1 hour cruise doesn’t go up as far as Bellagio and Barbianello (too far for that timing), but we saw other interesting sights and it was lovely being on the water. It was perfect timing for our family (9 year old son).

Amazing experience

Mateo was an amazing boat captain and tour guide. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly beyond belief. He made us feel exceptionally welcomed and answered all questions we had. He was so kind. The boat ride was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. We are thinking of booking another tour but this time 4 or 6 hours.
