Boat and driver were great. I would highly recommend at least the 3 hour or 4 hour tour. It took us over an hour to get to Bellagio.

Perfect and exactly what we expected!
We booked a private, to our boat tour. We were staying in Cernobbio and requested pick up and drop off there. That was no problem and very convenient. The only downside is the hours start and stop from the Como city Harbor, so our two hour trip was really only about an hour and 30 minutes. They did tell me that in advance so I was not surprised!
The driver was great, spoke great English, and was very responsive and informative. We were also celebrating so we included the Prosecco, which was so easy – they had it ready for us on the boat.

It was ok. Was expecting a true wooden boat James Bond style boat and experience. We stopped 5 times explaining the different properties. There were 3 of us and only had 2 waters to offer. They did a good job explaining where to meet. It should be included I. What to expect that we need to pay 50 euros for gas. The Lake and view were gorgeous. I would have picked a different type of boat if we had known.

DO NOT BOOK, pictures look nothing like the boat. There is a different wrap on the boat so does not look like the classic boat. They didn’t arrive on time, refused to refund me after I raised the picture looks nothing like to boat so would rather not go and pay for a boat that would meet expectations. So was forced to go, after I sent pictures to office and they confirmed that the boat does not look like the pictures. Admin staff were based in the office were terrible, also to be clear you will be expected to pay fuel charge, although they do not share that information with you when they text to confirm the booking.

All was wonderful. Captain was very nice.
Only negative point is that it would be best to include the fuel charge with the price as it can come as surprise at the end of the trip and is kind of a downer (the clause is indicated in the fine print, if you click further, but if you miss it it come unexpected)

It was a total bait and switch! I could not even believe the smallest old boat that the people on the “PIER” insisted was the one I paid for and it was NO classic boat! Not only was the ride crazy rough but there was literally NO touring info other than the guy pointing out a waterfall, a few hotels and George Clooney’s place!! Oh and to cap it off he insisted I pay a €100 MORE euros for fuel!! I can’t even believe my $487.00 paid for absolutely nothing that was advertised and was a total rip off!!

I booked the one hour private boat trip for myself, my husband and our two adult children. On booking I received a text saying that I needed to pay an additional €50 to the captain for the fuel. I wasn’t aware of this and this wasn’t mentioned in the advert or in the booking. I wonder what the actual payment of €199 is for if fuel is not included!!
I suggest you read the small print before booking with this company - Shusciu Nautical Division Boat Rental Como.
Having said that, the boat trip was lovely and the captain was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Finest B&B we have ever stayed in. The rooms and the entire home are excellent. The entire place has utilized technology usually only see in fine hotels.

I cannot recommend highly enough the 4-hour private Lake Como tour. It was such a special experience to be able to enjoy such stunning location and have the flexibility to visit charming Bellagio and Varenna as well, without fighting the crowds on the larger ferries. Our guide Frederico was absolutely wonderful and expertly navigated around the lake to show us breathtaking historic villas and hidden gems, and shared fascinating local history along the way. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Lake Como I would not hesitate to take this tour again.

The tour itself and guide (Ricardo) were great but the boat was not in very good shape and was not exactly what we expected for a wooden boat. But once on the water and seeing estates and historic areas was fantastic. Really enjoyed the day. We did the 2 hour tour. If you want to see Bellagio etc you have to do 3 or 4 hour tour.

It was a bit disappointing… the boat was not what we expected… it was beat up and if my whole group showed up it would have been very tight…
We were asked where we wanted to be picked up and then time was taken away from tour because of it… that’s not fair… it should be written if you don’t meet at the spot time will be deducted… we only had an hour total in the water… where it should have been more…
also I don’t understand the change for fuel at the end… if you already know it’s 50€ per hour add that to the price..
good thing was the guide Josh, he was friendly and very knowledgeable.. we had a great time with him…

When a pick-up outside of Como is requested, the time used sailing must come from the hours you booked, as the location is quite far. Since our boats are also reserved for other guests, we must respect the scheduled times and cannot extend your tour into another client’s reservation. We regret if this was not clear at the time of booking.

Amazing day experience! Wish we took the boat out for longer (we only did 2 hours) so that we could see hotel Carlotta. But otherwise, our boat captain Luca was so nice and very knowledgeable. It will be something that we remember forever!
Definitely a good value for what you pay for. On the dock they were selling the same price per person but just for 1 hour.
The boat was nice and was perfect to zip around in. We didn’t feel rushed at all and had the boat for 2 hours.

We had a beautiful day to ride around Lake Como! Our boat driver stopped and let us know what we were seeing when we came upon landmarks, historical villas and hotels or celebrities villas. He shared very interesting information as we enjoyed two hours around the beach.

Had I known how wonderful this would be, I would have booked 4 hours and not 2.
Josh was the epitome of a professional, knowledgeable and fun guide! He took us by Ponte della Civera, also known as the Nesso bridge so my husband could jump into the water ...so much fun.
