Great way to get your bearings in Krakow
Paulina was our guide and was very upbeat, friendly and lovely to talk with. Good driver, too. This golf cart tour was a great way to get our bearings in Krakow. We are very pleased we booked this tour. Riding around in the cart is so much more pleasant than a bus. We were blessed with cool but sunny weather so we were very comfortable.

Thanks for a wonderful tour Chris!
Our tour guide Chris was amazing, totally recommend this tour. He was very passionate about his city and culture of Poland and we learnt so much about the history and way of life of Krakow. I've been to Krakow before but he surprised me with so many new hidden spots and the bugler was perfectly timed and magical. Made our visit to Poland even better than we could have imagined!

Good City Overview
Nice overview of most of the city, which isn’t easily done walking. It was nice to have a lot of places pointed out at the beginning of my trip. Then I was able to go where I preferred on the following days of my visit. The stories and overview were very informative and I was able to ask a lot of questions of my guide. He was very helpful and provided great context.

Auschwitz your with private transportation
The tour was operated by the Auschwitz’s museum guides as I understand all tours are and was very informative and powerful as expected. The driver, Michael, was excellent. Arrived 5 minutes early so we were in our way immediately. The car was clean and to an extra bit lunch was added. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful event
Great experience, the pianist was absolutely amazing—delivering a masterful, emotional performance of Chopin’s timeless works like nocturnes, etudes, and polonaises that truly captured the composer’s spirit.
If you’re visiting Poland, Kraków, I highly recommend catching a live Chopin recital! These intimate concerts are a perfect way to experience Polish cultural hermitage

A city of lights
We did 6pm tour. City in lights. A bit chilly but our guide, Dan, turned on heater, zipped up sides, and made the 2+ hour tour very interesting and time flew. He was a few minutes late but called to let us know. Very thoughtful young man. Good English.

Airport - arrival/return transfers
Airport pickups went really well. Very friendly drivers.
Clean, well maintained mini buses.
Driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived and company kept us informed of revised pickup times for return trip which was 20 mins earlier than initially agreed due to problems at the airport and high volumes of traffic.
Only issue I had was that I booked the trip both ways as one purchase but because the money was taken for both trips at the same time Viator removed it as completed after the arrival trip which meant the return information wasn't as easy to access.
However, the taxi company had sent their details and were very responsive to WhatsApp communications and didn't mind me checking in.
Definitely worth doing if you want an easy start / end to a holiday.

Trip and driver
Brilliant experience from start to finish, our driver Fillip made our trip even better with how he went that extra mile making sure we was safe and comfortable, even making us a coffee on the morning. He really is a credit to your company and such a polite and caring young man. We couldn’t have picked a better trip and driver for the Auschwitz experience 😊

A trip through Krakow's macabre past
A really informative walk and talk around the old city. Not only did we learn about some of the buildings and local sites but also the macabre practices that went on. The tour guide made it fun and informative for all of us and at the end suggested sites and museums we might also wish to visit whilst in Krakow. A great couple of hours and well worth the time.

Good tour overall
Tour was great. Driver was on time and very attentive. Be aware though that the time on Viator may differ from the time you’ll be picked up. Only after we were within the 24 hr cancellation they reached out saying the 9am tour was actually 1145am therefore we had to change our evening plans. Other than that, I’d recommend.

Salt mine
I would highly recommend this tour. However, you will walk down approximately 800 stairs to begin the tour and the total walk is approximately 3km. Just Something to be aware of before you begin. The tour itself was fascinating and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and amusing. It was amazing to learn how the mine was dug over 800 years and how that “treasure” influenced the history of the country. There were beautiful chapels carved throughout the mine, with sculptures and chandeliers carved/made from the salt. Overall, a very interesting and dare I say, educational tour.

Great tour with Krzysztof
We really enjoyed our walking tour of Old Krakow with Krzysztof. He was very passionate about Polish history in general, and the history of Krakow in particular. We saw many sites around the town, it was a good orientation to see where things are and understand what you want to do. However, there is so much to do in Krakow, you can’t possibly see it all in a three hour tour.
