We had a wonderful time with Yama-san today. We explored Himeji castle and the gardens as well as Nadagiku Sake Brewery. Yama-san was so wonderful and knowledgeable throughout our tour. Himeji Castle is stunning…the grounds are huge, manage your time wisely. The garden is pretty, we went for cherry blossom season and the trees are gorgeous. The garden not quite “awake yet” with bushes and other flowers, but the pond areas are still beautiful. Luna was a great guide, and very attentive. We had a great time!

Communication beforehand was amazing. Easy to meet guide at station. Hiro did an amazing job leading us all day despite the rain. We saw all 3 sights we wanted to and had time for a quick bite at lunch. Everything was clearly laid out before and during the tour (costs, itinerary, timing, etc.) We enjoyed seeing the castle, part of the gardens, and the Engyo-ji Temple. We learned a lot and it was so much easier having someone show us the way. Hiro was so kind.
